We loved the amount of bathrooms and the amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything you would have at your own home. The pool was nice and the pool table was a hit. We would definitely stay there again.

We came to Wilmington for my niece's wedding. Our group was 10 adults and one 1 year old. This house worked great for us! The location is wonderful! We all loved relaxing by the pool. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner, Marlane, was quick to respond to all forms of communication. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if there was a high chair. We would definitely stay at Fun in the Sun again should we return to Wilmington!

We were in Wilmington for our sons wedding. This was the perfect house for our family & friends. The house is very spacious & will sleep 16 people. Everyone had a bed. We had a great time and would recommend this rental to anyone needing extra space. Kids loved the pool & there were plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

The house was perfect for us! It has everything you need and then some! I highly recommend this place. It’s in a nice neighborhood, about a 15 min. drive to the beach and not to far from downtown. It’s very cozy and comfortable. We loved all the activities the place has to offer like, swimming in the saltwater pool was amazing, playing the games in the house was really fun too! Being able to grill out is a big plus also, in my book! We give it a big double thumbs up!!!

Group of 15. Age ranges from 8 month to Adult. The pool table & pool were a big hit. Kitchen was well equipped but could use a pantry for food storage. Charger for bluetooth speaker was delivered promptly but the hammock was never replaced. Some of the pool furniture is breaking.

The house and property were perfect for our stay in Wilmington. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to spread out and relax inside and out. Quiet neighborhood and proximity to downtown were both a plus. Would definitely stay there again if we find our way back to the area.

This was perfect for us. All kinds of activities for families of all ages. House and finishings were up to date. Enough space to host local family members for dinner, fun, etc. Location excellent to get to all parts of Wilmington.

We had 10 family members from all over the US stay together for the occasion of our Granddaughters wedding. Perfect house for our needs.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was big enough to sleep everyone with many fun things to do in a kind, quiet neighborhood. The only negatives we encountered were lots of pet hair (pets are allowed but we didn’t bring any) and the AC quit working downstairs part way through our stay. (Luckily it was October so not too hot.) Neither of these things were major inconveniences and Green Meadow was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Good location and the upstairs rooms are much larger than the photos show. Pool is nice and the pool table was awesome to have! We used the fans and open windows downstairs to cool as a part was back ordered for the downstairs HVAC.
Two cleaning observations to share: lots of dust on the top and sides of the ceiling fans in both bedrooms upstairs. Also on the inside of the door frame in the bedroom at the top of the stairs.

Our family rented this property because we needed to be in Wilmington for a family qedding. this was a great find! The house was huge! The rental process was very easy and the property manager was great to deal with. The location was centered between the beach and town and it was easy to get everyone. If we ever go to Wilmington again, we will seriously consider renting this house.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visit to The Wilmington area. Had a slight snag with the pool upon arrival but The owner quickly resolved the issue. Loved the back billiards room with expanded space for family games, etc. We found many useful games, beach gear, and floaties for enjoying the pool. Really liked having some bedrooms on the first floor as well as the game/TV room for the upstairs bedrooms. Great place for family vacation!

Pool a definite plus with grandchildren. Awesome they provided the beach chairs to take to the beach, a great benefit not to have to buy or to bring with. We truly enjoyed our week there and had everything you would need home away from home.

Beautiful home!
We stayed with our kids, in-laws, and sister with her teens. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was the biggest hit for everyone! It felt so nice and cool when we had 90 degree temps! The laundry rooms on each level was so helpful. The upstairs closets are HUGE! It is only 10 minutes to the beach and less than 15 to downtown. We have rented many vacation homes and found this one to be the best we've ever stayed in! It was so clean and well kept. My only suggestion would be curtains on bedroom windows to keep everyone from waking too early when the sun shines brightly (especially little ones who like to wake up everyone else.) We plan on staying again on our next trip to Wilmington!

It has everything
Our family of 7 plus grandparents fit very comfortably in the house. Two master suites are so nice and one has a huge two head shower which my kids loved. We used the bikes daily, kids loved the pool table, ping pong and foosball table and of course the pool!!! There were lots of floats and noodles and dive toys. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. The house is very spacious. Grocery stores were convenient. Owner was easy to communicate with. Beaches are close by. We were there during strawberry/ blueberry season so we visited the u pick Lewis family farm only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Wilmington.

Great place for a large family
We attended a wedding in Wilmington, NC. Our large family had plenty of place to stay. The house has everything you can think of and things you didn't think you needed. Plenty of space for family meals and also plenty of room to spread out. Marlane is a great host and thought of everything.

Perfect location and comforts of home!
This house had all the comforts of home and is conveniently located close to the beach and downtown Wilmington. The owner provided us with all the information we needed upon our arrival, during our stay, and departure. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone that would like to visit the Wilmington area! Awesome Rental!
We had a lovely stay here! Would definitely stay again. Lots of space, bikes were well used, pool and ping pong table, host Marlene was great, all of it was perfect! Very nice updated house. Comfy beds!

Clean and spacious
This house is perfect for larger groups. I felt everyone had space to retreat to when needed and there was plenty of gathering space throughout the house so no one was crowded.

Fun in the Sun
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The property was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UNCW, which was close. Enjoyed a little shopping and relaxation. Marlane was attentive and responsive. Thank you

Great!!
We went as a group of adult women in a tennis tournament. We had a blast! The house was perfect! So very comfortable! So many places to hang out! I imagine the summer would be even better! Loved the welcome kit! And I cannot get over how clean this house was! Communication from the owner was spot on. Everything was perfect! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful Family Reunion
My family and I stayed at this home and had a great time. Although we didn’t have an opportunity to take advantage of all of the games, bikes, activities, we had a great time. The house is exactly as listed and was able to accommodate our large family comfortably. I highly recommend this home for your family.

Relaxing, Southern charm getaway
Large home with plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids. Charming, very clean interior with a fully loaded kitchen and fully loaded game room. All rooms had TVs, though some TVs were "smarter" than others. The pool was a nice size, with lots of floaties, outdoor games and plenty of yard for the kids to run around. My only small critique is the landscaping could be better, but it wasn't neglected/bad either. The home's interior, on the other hand, was immaculate. The beach and downtown were about 10 minutes away, as stated by owner. Downtown had more bars and restaurants to offer than I expected, and nice historical homes worth seeing if you're into walking.

Best VRBO Ever!
I have been renting vacation houses for 20 years and this was by far the best ever! They provide everything you need and more! There is ample space. The house was clean and felt great! The pool is very large and deep for a backyard. Close to the beach, downtown and everything else. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful space with us!

Family week getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much, though it rained most of the week we were there. We still enjoyed the pool some, the pool table is a great addition to pass the time. The home is very spacious, providing private time even with a full house.

Much needed family getaway.
Overall the house was wonderful. Great location, in between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. Accommodated the family needs perfectly. Had everything we needed down to beach towels and chairs. Spent most of our time in the pool because the beach was too crowded. Would definitely look into renting again.

Amazing Time!
My family had an amazing time, the house was beautiful and comfortable. It is close to all activities. Marlene and her husband are very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our time together as a family.

Excellent property
Smooth transaction from beginning to end! House is magnificent! Plenty of space for a large group to spread out and be very comfortable. The pool is awesome for a swim after coming back from the beach. If I am on the area again, I would definitely come back.

Great summer vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The pool was fantastic. We were able to relax and enjoy playing Foos ball, pool, and ping pong with our boys . Our dog loved the Hugh fenced yard. We took a short walk to town. Many businesses are dog friendly and had water bowls outside their place of business. We ate out on the patio of Brixx Pizza and the waitress brought our dog a dog bowl with ice. So sweet. We toured the waterfront and did a Ghost walk tour. Fun to learn the history. And on the one day it rained , we went to the Aquarium in Kure Beach. This property is very conveniently located, we highly recommend it.
