The unit itself was great! Could be stocked better with kitchen items. We were told there would be a keypad. Thankfully we got there before the manager left for the night to get the keys. You get two parking spaces but the lease makes it sound like you can get extra parking spaces just by calling a number. The extra spaces are twenty five dollars a night per space, plus fees if you pay by card. The fee was delayed to me when I called the number on the lease but the fact that I’d need exact cash if I wanted to avoid the fees was not communicated. This place has a beach view but if you want to go to the beach you have to cross a service road, and a highway without a crosswalk. The master bed was loud getting in and out of, while the other beds were very firm. I didn’t mind the firm but several people I was with had a hard time sleeping. The sofa bed was decent to sleep on compared to the other beds.

I let them know the toilet in front king room was leaking in the floor and no one checked or fixed it. The couch was broke y'all let us know but paying that much it should have been fixed for us to have that bedding instead of a air mattress. It was nasty under the couch and the back of the chairs had nasty food and candy falling out of them. The blow dryer in master room facing beach didn't work. When booking it said on beach and it was across the road from beach that needs to say it's across the road from beach. Hot tub was cold the hole time we was there. We got locked in our condo no one could leave or come in and when I called it took them 25 minutes to get someone to us then they had to get my husband to get two butter knives and get the door open cause they couldn't which was a danger to us if their had been an Emergancy. They did put a key lock back on and when checking out no one was in office for me to return those keys so I had to get a maintenance man and he got them from me which I took a picture of him with them that way no one could say I didn't return them. My mother in law left a bag and from what we went through you would think y'all would just send it to me but no I have to pay for y'all to send it. Other than these things out stay was okay

We had a wonderful wonderful stay!! The place was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The couch wasn’t the great to sit on but we didn’t do much room time. And a few of the chair at the dinning room table need to have the legs looked at. But again we didn’t sit there much anyways!! Will definitely stay again when we visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Legacy Towers and had a total of 5 units rented for Labor Day Weekend (stayed 5 nights). The Check-in process was terrible! We checked in after 6 p.m. so a lockbox was used for one key and 2 parking tags with instruction to go to Rental Office in the morning between 9-11 for additional keys, paperwork, etc. This was not a problem, however, the next morning the Rental Office stated that only Security could issue parking tags and bracelets and that we had to wait until 2 p.m. for them to arrive but since we had plans off property for the day we did not see Security until that afternoon. Security said they would deliver our parking tag and bracelets to our room that night but they did not. It was lunchtime on the 3rd day before we received bracelets and additional parking tag. This process needs to change because we rent from the Rental Management Company, not Security. The unit was very spacious and the furniture was nice. The washing machine did not work from the time we arrived. We called for service at least 4 times and they came out but eventually said that it could not be fixed. This was a burden since we needed to wash towels and we expected to be able to wash our personal laundry during our stay. Fortunately, we were able to use family members washer but we had to tote our laundry to other rooms to wash. The rest of the appliances worked fine. Only other issue we had was that the floors were filthy dirty and appeared to not have been mopped in a very long time! The pool was very pretty and nice! Our overall experience was nice!

We arrived at 1:00pm, the check in staff was at lunch so we waited around for an hour, we checked in at 2pm and they charged us $30. The floor was not mopped in the condo well at all, our feet were black just after an hour. The housekeeping staff should check the lint traps, I have never seen so much lint in all my life, it could have started a fire. The two chairs need to be replaced and there is room in the sitting area for 2 more chairs, not many seats if company comes over.

We enjoyed the amenities the condo has to offer, there was plenty of space for 9 people. The condo is located in a GREAT location and has a wonderful view. While we enjoyed the condo and it's location, there were a few items that were not up to standard. The floors were very dirty, our feet were black from walking barefoot on the dirty floors and there were ares where the floor was visually dirty. The counters in the kitchen were dirty, there were drops of what looked like dried up milk on the island and the counters on the wet bar were sticky. The water heater made an annoying noise when it came on, it was mostly noticeable at night when the house was quiet. There are a few other things that just need some maintenance, the kitchen faucet needs to be secured and the toilets down flush very well, takes several attempts to get waste to get completely flushed.

Reviewer Comments: have been coming to Legacy rentals for a few years now. up to 3 times a year, this is the first time I can say that the room was not clean, bathrooms had no towels, called for towels, was told they had only large towels, no face towels. next day did bring us face towels. The furniture has not been dusted for a while. the base boards need cleaning. The whole Legacy needs a face lift. We love the location and the place, I think just a little painting aND cleaning up would be awesome.

The furniture used to be leather but most was flaked off. 2 of the 6 dining room chairs had broken legs. The handyman came on day and replaced light bulbs, battery in walk clock fixed door knobs and faucets. A/C had issues. Condo looked clean but our kids could not play on the floors without getting real dirty. Condo size and amenities were what the size our family of 10 needed. Might try earlier in the year next time. I did contact owner about issues but did not hear back.
