The apartment I rented was well maintained and well supplied with just about everything needed for an extended stay. The host was quite accommodating.
The only item missing was a clock.. A wall or table clock not anywhere. There was just the oven & microwave . Not one in bedroom or living area.. On the whole, my experience was good. It was the 1st time I rented something like this.

Nice condo. Oddly cool. Some of the outlets don't work. But my arrival was a disaster. I hadn't received the room code by email before arriving. Getting in contact with the manager through VRBO took over an hour, and having to wait in the 105 degree heat was extremely unpleasant.

The location of this unit could've been better for us, Scottsdale is a great community. It was close to many hiking trails and close to important stores. We felt safe at all time.
The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything from the kitchen necessities to ironing board and hair dryer.
It was a very quiet complex and area.
Would definitely recommend and come back.

Upon arrival the parking lot was dark and the keypad to enter did not light up making it difficult to enter the code. Once in the room i found one of the sliding glass doors wide open!! (So unsafe) Thankfully my grown children were with me to check out the room. (My room was on the ground floor) At one point the electrical outlets stopped working in the bed/bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean, spacious, and the view was great. However, as a single traveler I felt there were safety issues.

Clean, no-frills cozy condo conveniently located near Talking Stick Resort and lots of dining options. Bed and couch are both firm. For the price, can’t beat it.

I have a friend in from out of state for work several times a year and this has been the preferred location for us to stay. Spacious and conveniently located for our purposes. Nice accommodations for a week’s visit.

Great location, walkable to Talking Stick ball fields. Manager Teresa easy to get hold of. Condo size was good. Loved the back patio with lots of seating and nice green space with rabbits and quail daily.
Need to have more cups (only 3) and smaller plates (only 2) I ran dishwasher daily and I'm not sure that it got the dishes very clean. Also could use a couple of pool towels, we used the ones from the desk at the hotel and they were really tiny.
We used the hotel pool and hot tub most days. (This is a shared area with the condos.) It had very few chairs and on one day the hot tub was not hot. When I asked in the hotel about both I was told they are going to renovate. Not a big help if you are staying there before they do the renovation.

This property was fine. A bit skinny on basics ie no hair dryer, few dishes, floor coverings; floor were cold, minimal towels. It suited our purpose.

Could not be a better location for games at Talking Stick. Just walk across the street to the park. Also close to many restaurants, maybe 5 minutes away.

Tile floors, concrete walls, old stained appliances, old worn out cabinets, smudged paint on the ceiling, painters tape around the sprinkler head in the bedroom, mystery brown spot on the toilet seat, full size convertible bed in living room (not queen as advertised). We did not stay there. And while host responded quickly to messages, she was not willing to refund any of our money, even though we only booked 8 days in advance.

Excessive bunnies
Rabbits are taking over the outdoor yard and patio area. There was a lot of police activity in the condo during my 2 week stay. Definitely no insulation between the walls and upper condo. Very noisy and loud. People were very loud.

Great vacation
It was nice to have a green courtyard outside our unit/patio. Enjoyed the rabbits and quail. Teresa, our property manager was very helpful with everything.

Room was great ad said we had a dead bolt there was not there was a chain barely no towels for the pool we were told our building steals them trued to use laundry again not for our building other then that all good
