Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The microwave didn't work when we went so I called the hotline number to open a ticket. Was there 4 nights. No one came to fix the microwave when I had a toddler. Then they wanted to charge me for 5 bracelets for the pool that I never was provided so I argued it with AirBnB.Not my fault they didn't check the previous Tennant to see if they took those bracelets. Never staying here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there Wednesday with a check out on Saturday. The room was very nice and a comfortable setting; it does need to be repainted. However, I selected this location because of the pool and the game room for the teenagers. I was told we could not use the game room, EVEN though it was included in the pictures on the internet. This was misleading and should removed from the site. Also none of the beach rentals were open across the condos on the weekdays, they did open on Saturday as were driving off. If we come back again to this area we'll stay closer to Biloxi where there is more activity for older kids.

The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Loved the beach rules sign! The patio table and chairs for 6 were great to enjoy the view from the deck. I appreciated the little details like the nightlights for the bathrooms, lighted make-up mirror, and also having hangers!Just a note for Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals:1. I understand that you are trying to have uniformity in bedding and towels. Our sheets kept coming off at the corners on all the beds. I think you need to use "deep pocket" sheets so they stay on. It was annoying. 2. The internet didn't have a "padlock" by it. I didn't want to use an unsecure server. The office gave me a password for a unit they rent out two floors below. It would only work if you were in a certain location in the condo. Very frustrating. I went back to the office and the girl had maintenance come and set up a password for the condo. 3. We received one swipe card and asked for another one. I was told they were getting them reprogrammed and to keep checking back. One day the office was closed due to the weather, so I asked security about it. They told me to check with "HOA" and they gave me a card right away. 4. We wished there were more towels. We had a 3 bedroom condo with 4 beds. There were 6 hand towels, 8 wash cloths and 8 towels.

When they said it was, we went up to find housekeeping still in the room cleaning. We had to wait out in the hallway for 30 minutes. The beach wasn't that nice. Lots of jellyfish. While sitting on the balcony, all you hear is traffic noise. The security guard who also acts as the pool monitor harassed people about every little thing. The pool wasn't clean. It was cloudy and had debri in it.
