Reviewer Comments: The condo floors were filthy and I had to take away time out of my precious time there to deal with getting the floors cleaned by the cleaning crew. There was a nasty filthy wash rag left in the bathroom. The walls are disgusting and filthy and the carpet is even worse! This is our 2nd time staying in that condo and our last time staying there unless something drastically changed!

It was gross. We called maintenance but no one ever came. One other guest commented that their pools were always dirty. Her sister owns a unit! Our unit had dirty floors and stained carpet. Our feet would get dirty walking barefoot. Water heater made a terrible sound, like it was blowing up in the middle of the night.

Upon arriving the front door that welcomes you to the(luxury)unit is chipped up rusty and needs painting. Our key does not work. We finally get in to a unit that needs painting and is drab. The dishwasher is not even secure to cabinet. We go to the indoor pool there is duct tape on broken windows neither hot tubs are hot. The new security key devices do not work.

The recliner definitely needs to be replaced, it's no doubt broken, you cannot even sit in it. The mattresses were so uncomfortable. The king was fine, the queen sunk in the middle and the two twins felt like actual box springs.

We would like to have a day pass for another vehicle that would leave that evening. A few things that I would like to see. The palm trees blocked our view of hwy 90 and the ocean. Furniture in the apt could be nicer. There was plastic on the king bed under the mattress pad and twin beds in one room were inconvienant. Also the door to the pool would not unlock with the key, we reported this to the desk and still no help. We had to walk around the building and go in from the gate at the guard shack.

The unit is spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. The patio is large and the unit is right by the elevator so very convenient. There is a busy road in front of the building so plan on some road noise. The unit is fairly sound proof however so the noise did not interfere with sleep. The indoor pool is very small and we were told "no jumping" so a little harder for kids to burn off energy but they still enjoyed. We had some trouble with our entry codes initially but management was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed having a code versus a key to carry. I would tell potential travelers that the rental company only provides a "starter pack" of shampoo, soap, dish washer detergent (2 provided), garbage bags (2 provided) , toilet paper, paper towels (1 provided) and laundry soap (1 provided). This is really enough for only 2-3 days with some items so if you have a longer stay, plan accordingly. Towels are provided but will not last through a week's stay so you will have to plan to wash them and there are no beach/pool towels. Tile around the property does get very slippery when wet so use caution. We overall had a great stay and would stay again. I definitely think interested travelers would be happy here as well.

We never had any issues finding space on the beach at the pool, and it was a very relaxing stay. Having to use a code for multiple doors to access the pool was annoying, but I understand the intent is good to keep non-residents out. The interior of the condo was great, with new furniture in the family room and a big TV. The furniture on the patio does need an upgrade, as it was old and worn out.

Only negatives: parking garage is a long walk and noise level was bad. People above us dragging furniture all hours during the night and the "Hot rod" trucks on the road were very loud. Reviewer Comments: My brother & I leased 2 condos through Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals and were scheduled to check-in on Sep 17 for our four night rental at Legacy Towers II #709 & #305. Just an hour and a half prior to check-in, when my brother was driving from Houston, he received a call advising him that the #709 rental was being canceled. He got a call a little later, 22 minutes prior to check-in confirming the cancellation and advising that BBRR would be unable to provide any other accommodations. It is difficult to imagine how this could happen and as you might guess this was very disruptive given the timing. While refund emails came it was 14 days until the refund was posted.

No compensation has been offered for the increase in price of the new rental or for the inconvenience of our family now being in 2 locations 20 minutes apart. They did not assist in locating replacement accommodations.

Legacy Towers is OK, but I nor my brother will ever lease through BBRR again.

Our room was not ready on time and not cleaned properly. And, no one in the management office seemed to care. When we checked out, I went to speak with them and they refunded us some money. Had I not gone, they never would have cared nor checked in with us after the horrendous check-in.
