This was a great property for my bachelorette party!! Plenty of room for 12 ladies. Great, entertaining layout with the backyard deck, pool, and hot tub. The house was nice and clean. Check-in was simple and communication with the owner was great! Would highly recommend this property.

What an amazing place to stay for a weekend!! The amenities themselves were incredible— this house has it all. Extremely comfortable beds, it felt very clean. The hot tub was an amazing touch too— we all enjoyed this place!!

Very nice home that is very well cared for, and nicely decorated! We really appreciated the small touches like having basic kitchen ingredients and coffee provided.

Perfect for family with adults, college students, dogs,….3 generations… plenty of space in yard with fire pit, pool, hot tub, picnic area, corn hole, etc. well supplied kitchen.

We had such an amazing time staying at this house. It had everything we needed and was perfectly laid out for everyone to be comfortable. The backyard is amazing! And we didn’t even use all the amenities. Hope to stay here again sometime!

Perfect house for our big group of 11. Can’t say enough about the amazing backyard. Beautiful and clean pool with waterfall and pool lights. Huge hot tub that was great to relax in at the end of the day of shopping. The only HEB is right down the street and there is a great bbq pit that we used for hamburgers. Comfortable beds and cute decor. Best house that checks all the boxes in Fredericksburg!

The house was quaint, cute and definitely near Main St which were all great. The house also has a lot of space…we were a group of 9, but 3 more could have stayed comfortably. Upon arrival at the house the pool and hot tub were dirty, supposedly a storm had passed through the day before but nobody came to clean it before our arrival so we had to call the property manager who came and cleaned it…took a few hours so our pool time was cut short. The pool doesn’t look like the pictures- it’s very small and rusty in the bottom, definitely needs to be maintained better. Also, some of the blankets smelled like dirty feet. Other than that we enjoyed our time in Fredericksburg, H‑E‑B was down the street from us so that was great as well.

We stayed at this property with 10 girls total for a bachelorette party. The house was perfect and we all fit comfortably. Everything was clean and well maintained. The backyard was amazing with a pool and separate deck area that we enjoyed an outside dinner at. Geneva was a great host and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had!

In this hot Texas weather it was so nice to walk into a clean and cool place that seemed like home. We had one small issue that was addressed promptly. The place is real close to good restaurants, H‑E‑B, and shopping. The kids loved the pool and we had great fun playing Mexican Train out on the picnic tables. Definitely a place to stay!

We love Fredericksburg and frequently drive from Austin for a weekend get-away. We have stayed at a number of very nice homes. This is one of our favorites yet! It's so close to town (an easy bike ride), is down the street from HEB, and has so many bedrooms! Despite being able to sleep 14 people, it's spacious without being too large, super cozy, quaint, and clean! I love that it is pet-friendly--lots of doggie amenities and a wonderful yard to play. The back yard is an oasis; it has a fire pit, game area (corn hole), pool, and a completely separate hot tub! We spent the first day by the pool, and then all evening enjoying wine on the deck--it was the perfect retreat! Despite 102 degree heat, the tree canopy with its string lights provided really nice shade and ambiance. While the pool does look smaller in the pictures, that wasn't an issue, as most places don't offer a pool. That being said, one thing that isn't highlighted in the listing is all the bedrooms--so many of them! There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (comfy beds--1 king and 2 queens). Then, there is a completely separate guest house perfect for kids--it has a queen bedroom and loft space complete with laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and 2 bunk beds (twin over full beds). There is also a carport so you don't have to park on the street. The house was also fully stocked--shampoo & conditioner, bug spray (for those pesky mosquitoes), linens, etc, and everything was labeled for ease. The tvs all had cable, the wifi was fast, and there's a shed with countless bike cruisers. I did see in another review that someone mentioned the rooster--he didn't bother us at all as he wasn't that loud (sounds like he's probably several houses away). I imagine he would sound louder, though, if we were staying in the guest house. This Country Haus was amazing! We were so happy with it, that we will definitely be back with our kids--especially since they can stay in their own space separate from ours. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great location in town. Plenty of room for us. Really enjoyed the pool. Recommend you bring mosquito repellent if you come during season because you will want to stay outside in the beautiful backyard.

The house was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip! Comfy beds, amazing back yard and all the amenities we could have needed. Location was perfect and the owner was incredibly responsive to any questions and even gave suggestions to local eateries and wineries! Would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Fredericksburg area!

This is a great house, a minute drive to H‑E‑B, with plenty of beds for everyone! It was nice having a stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The only downside was that the pool was smaller than the pictures advertised, but we were still able to enjoy it!

Took my in-laws here for a quick trip as they were visiting from out of town. We had a great time and really enjoyed the peacefulness of the backyard and perfect location to the shops and wineries. Geneva was an excellent host and was quick to respond to us! Would definitely come back here to stay again!
