From the time of booking until when we left everything was perfect. Courtney was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy for our stay. It was a great location and we had the best time! Was a group of 9 of us on a bachelorette and was the perfect amount of space!

We brought our Office Staff for a meeting. The house was beautiful and our staff had a great time. Kurt and Courtney made check in and our stay very easy. Getting to our meeting downtown was quite easy. I would highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for us! Beautiful home and great location!

Overall this was a wonderful property in a prime location of New Orleans. The proximity to Magazine was really nice. Additionally, the communication with the owner/property management team was very smooth. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Absolutely stunning house! Professionally decorated, plenty of space, & has essentials in the kitchen. Perfect for my disco-themed bachelorette weekend. Great location. Felt safe the whole time. Easy to get in touch with the property manager, if needed. Very helpful and friendly!

Photos don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is very safe, and parking was plentiful ( and there is an off street locked space as well). It is a short 5 block walk to Magazine Street with all its cute shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if my daughter didn’t just graduate from Tulane!!

The home is absolutely beautifully decorated and is a great atmosphere to enjoy time with friends. Beds were super comfortable, space was quiet and private, and we had no concerns of disturbing others. The proximity to bars and restaurant’s on magazine street was only a very easy 5 min walk. It’s location could be slightly closer to downtown as it requires an Uber or taking the trolly to reach the super dome, but overall the location was VERY good because it was still accessible and safe. It didn’t detract from the experience. Host was very accommodating helping us with both early arrival and late checkout given our group’s variable arrivals and departures. Highly recommend. I was very satisfied!

My bridesmaids and I stayed at this beautiful house to sleepover and prep for the big day!! It was the perfect size and space for getting ready with our big crew and had so many photo ops thanks to the gorgeous decor. Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to go back!

There were 10 of us and the fact there are 5 bedrooms with either queen or king beds is terrific. We all really like to have a place to hang outdoors and the patio is perfect. The NOLA brewery is a quick walk and we enjoyed it. The walk through the neighborhood to go to Magazine is safe and easy. Easy communication and we had everything we needed. We all discussed and agreed we’d definitely be staying here again!

Myself and eight of my closest girlfriends stayed at The Prince recently for a weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The house was absolutely stunning, clean, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Kurt and Courtney were extremely responsive and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our weekend unforgettable, including being flexible about our check-in/check-out times and leaving us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a bag of chips. The property is brand new and it’s clear how much thought was put into the design. Absolutely gorgeous and would definitely stay there again!

This was one of the coolest short term rentals I have ever stayed in. We liked the central location and the upscale quality feel of the house. The photos online don't do it justice. The bedrooms were artful and well appointed....I'm picky about linens, and these did not disappoint. Everything was brand new. Loved the oversized soaker bathtub in marble enclosure! There was a fantastic covered patio with a sectional couch where we had cocktails every night before going out... bluetooth speaker too; and an enclosed back yard with a large outdoor dining table. They also provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco and chips! We walked to Magazine Street on one of the days for shopping in the boutiques and lunch while the guys walked to some of the craft breweries close by. Another day we walked down to the National D Day Museum and then into the French Quarter. Parking was never a problem. The street was quiet and overlooked a big grassy lot where people brought their dogs to play. If you want a place that's cool and hip and close to everything...this is your house!
