The house is big And very roomy but the house was not clean well. There were spiders webs in the bathrooms kitchen and the grill outside was very dirty. The refrigerator was disgusting too, specially the doors had mold. If it’s clean better is a great house.

Our visit to this property was absolutely delightful. Stayed with our adult children. The property was clean, the check-in was easy, and there was a lovely welcome basket, linens, and beach equipment waiting for us. A super experience.

Had a great stay. House was much larger than we anticipated! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 toddlers to run around in. Spacious yard for games. The beach was a little further away than advertised so we drove. But overall would totally recommend!

The house was as good or better than the description. It had some amenities that were never listed that I saw, like walk-in showers. There were a couple of very minor issues that were easily overcome ... one of the electrical outlet plugs to the TV in the front den did not work (had a extension cord) and there were no instructions for for using the cable tv in the large family room. We figured it all out. Suggest bringing a small fan or two if the weather is very hot and some rooms do not have AC.

We had a great time for a few days on Cape Cod. Lots of space for the group. Comfortable beds, and good location. Beach pass was a plus!

Great cottage to stay at with friends. Big yard, plenty of space and an outdoor shower. I would stay here again anytime!

We appreciated the spaciousness and the full working kitchen. There was good outdoor space for relaxing.

Pictures were very accurate. Place was immaculate. Loved the outdoor shower, and the bean bag toss. Also enjoyed outdoor dinners on the deck. Plenty of space and bedrooms. Happy to see beach towels when we arrived as we flew in from out of town. Wished there were some beach chairs to use and maybe a cooler as well, but we made due without them. The window AC units worked very well on the hot days. They cooled the whole house no problem. Loved the basket of drinks and goodies as we arrived hungry and still needed to go to the grocery store. Also grateful that the house was stocked with TP, paper towels, soaps, etc. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was in a great location - just minutes from main street in Barnstable, Hyannis and lots of shops. The house was huge - tons of space to sleep, 3 bathrooms with showers in all PLUS an outdoor show, big areas to sit with friends, nice outdoor space. The owners left us a nice basket of treats for our arrival - cookies and seltzers which was very sweet. We would highly recommend this place!
