Second year hear and will keep coming. Beautiful quiet place.

We were a party of 8 and this is our 2nd time at this house. The house is awesome very clean multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and a large yard to park truck and trailers in. We have decided to rent a third year and have already booked for 2025. This is an awesome rental do not hesitate! We love it!

This property was awesome for us 4 couples to get away and have a quiet place we can all stay for our atv trip, lot is plenty big enough to park/turn around trailers, trails right from property was perfect, house was plenty spacious for the 8 of us highly recommend!

Katie has a beautiful home that was able to accommodate a good group of friends. With trail access we were able to wake up and hit the trails right away! We love the privacy and the views and will look forward to booking again in the future!

This house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for our softball team and lots of space outdoor for activities. It was great to have the ATV trails right by to ride our side by side and relax when we weren't playing softball. I would love to book again.

This house was clean, well-equipped and had enough space for 3 families to relax & enjoy. We used the ATV trails that were easily accessible from this property. One day we decided to shop at a few small stores, art gallery, ate at 1840 Restaurant and got ice cream that night. Katie responded quickly to a question we had & all of our needs were met. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to come back ourselves.

We could not have found a better property to stay at this was just what we wanted. Very clean and private. We had 4 couples and everyone agreed it was perfect for our stay. The direct trail access to the ATV trails was great as well. Katie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again great house and host!

The house was perfect for us to spend our Thanksgiving. Lots of room to cook, eat and relax. Very well stocked kitchen for all the cooking we did.
We took advantage of the amazing yard to play some disc golf (that we brought) and to have a fire. The location was perfect - off the beaten path but lots of stores, restaurants and bars within 30 mins.
Hopefully we will get back there to stay and explore more. Thank you!

On our New England leaf peeping tour we had the opportunity to spend the night here. The home was just lovely. It was just me and the hubs but next time we will bring the entire family. Everything in the description was exactly the way we found it. Overlooking a grassy meadow. Watched the moon come up over the mountains and the sun set. Just beautiful and relaxing. Drive to the Black Bear Tavern for dinner and it was great tavern food. Lots of friendly locals. Would highly recommend this place for families looking for a peaceful retreat that is quiet and away from the crowds.

The property feels secluded but is close to Back lake and restaurants in Pittsburg. The house was spotless and the kitchen was full stocked. We had a great weekend and plan to return next year!

This property is very private, just what we were looking for. Back Lake is right down the street and there was direct access to ATV trails. The house is beautiful and was clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay and Beautiful Home
The guys and I enjoyed our annual "Men's Retreat" to do some ATV riding in Coos County. This house has a fantastic location for accessing the trail system, and literally had everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay with a large group. Best place we've booked yet and we hope to do so again in the future. Thank you Katie!

We loved our stay, it was exactly what we needed to get away from it all. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very safe with our almost 2yo and 8yo, there are two sets of stairs inside but with the carpets and railings and our kiddo having already mastered stairs we had no problems. The toys on hand were a great distraction. Would be a great place for multiple families with the way the house is set up. I forgot my ring on a hook in the bathroom and am so thankful to have it returned safely! Would absolutely stay again!

House is perfect, location is even better. First of all this is big home with plenty of room for all. Has an awesome kitchen with everything you could ask for. TV and fast internet for nighttime check in.
Only short hop from Back Lake, but feels like you’re way out in the wilderness. Big deck, great view, plenty of parking. We will be back for sure.

Great Location
This property is in a great area. There was aplenty ATV trail access and we were still close to town. With 3 couples staying here we pretty much all got our own floor to stay in. The wrap around deck was great to relax on. I will be adding this to the cabins I frequent in Pittsburg

Perfect location to ride UTVs in Pittsburg!
Plenty of room to spread out, great place to ride ATVs from the door. This cabin is the most private we've ever stayed at, but it's only minutes from Pittsburg. Nice view with a wraparound deck, and three full bathrooms, one on each level. We had all adults, but it would be a great rental for a family vacation, it's close to Philbrook Beach which has public swimming, and Lake Francis is nearby. Katie responded to every question I had within minutes. We will be back for sure!

Katie’s home is beautiful! We had so much fun, we are not puzzle people but spent 3 hours completing one! Access to trails made our riding days easy! Lots of space for sleeping and hanging!
