We booked here for location which was good, very near to train and bus stations, only two of us so only needed to use downstairs like a flat which was great. apart from the things mentioned [what didn't you like] we were very happy with our stay.

There were reviews stating the outside of front door looked dirty and it still did and the door and bedroom window beside front door paintwork /wood coming away which didn't give a good first impression. when we moved the little sofa forward there were pieces of paper behind so it hadn't been moved to clean.

Two minor things: Could do with a more visual number to identify the property as very few numbers on show on a commercial street Need a bin in the en-suite

The double bedroom upstairs smelt very strongly of cigarettes smoke. it was very unpleasant and the property was not very clean on arrival
