Exceptional property located in a very nice area

The house was heaven on earth - decorated beautifully, stunning views from porch.
I highly recommend this house! Summer was wonderful.
Our only complaint was the concierge - Ayana
1. Did not meet us at the house (we let ourselves in via unlocked door). She had our flight info as she arranged for transportation from airport.
2. We saw online welcome basket with deck of cards - we did not have anything.
3. Did not bring credit card machine for groceries. Cash or credit was an option.
4. We had not signed waivers ahead of time. She did not bring hard copies as was visibly annoyed that we had not done this ahead of time.
5. Called her the next morning to request a cab - very short and stated she was busy.
That was enough for us and we went to plan b. If you find yourself in a similar predicament please call Floyd (taxi 19). He took care of us all week!! We even made a point to speak with folks at Exuma Tourism office and tell them how wonderful Floyd was! He delivered coffee creamer, arranged for pizza delivery, took us boutique shopping, etc.
Concierge service can definitely make or break a trip. We are extremely grateful for Floyd!
When we went to check out Ayana was just sitting in the driveway in blacked out windows so we had no idea who was at the house. She finally opened the door and end the trip just as it started - very rude.

This house is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We were able to rent a boat and use their dock, which was so convenient! We can’t wait to come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vanderbilt Villa. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The concierge group made check in and scheduling excursions easy. The location was great with spectacular views.

Yes it was unusally windy most of the week we were there but we still had an amazing time with the family and the house was amazing. Nothing about it was disappointing to us. I'd say it was the nicest home in the area. Highly encourage anyone to stay in that amazing vaca home.

The property was amazing !! We loved the neighborhood , the Beach Club was great s a pool and the beach and it was so close to the house . Food was great ! Ayana arranged everything for us from car rental , boat excursion, rental boat and dinner reservations! She was great ! The people on the island were so friendly
and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Where should I start.. this property in person is even more amazing than the pictures! Vanderbilt Villa was the perfect background for my very small & intimate wedding! Summer & Anaya were incredible. They responded quickly to any questions I had, and had excellent suggestions along the way! The house is extremely well stocked with all amenities, and we didn't want for anything! Another great thing about this house's location is that our boat picked us up right at the house for our water excursion. There are no bad views from any room at this villa. It was a great feeling to wake up in paradise, and to go to sleep to the ocean breeze and sounds of the calm waves at night. I can go on and on about this magnificent oasis! When I hit the lottery this will be mine!!! But until then, we will be back every year for our anniversary!! Can't wait to have that feeling again!!

We loved this house so much and plan to return at some point. You can jump off the dock into the ocean or swim in the pool and it's conveniently located to the club house. Our boat captain picked us up right from the dock for an all day tour so we didn't have to taxi anywhere. Ayana was very helpful with arranging plans. Couldn't have been better.

We have been staying in February Point for the past several years. First time at The Vanderbilt Villa. Absolutely beautiful home! Loved being able to keep our rented boat at the house. Lots of room for our entire family and the home had everything we needed to make meals at the house when we weren't eating out. Outdoor bed swing was one of our favorite parts. We will definitely be back!

This house was amazing! The view was magnificent and the location near the marina and club was perfect. When we arrived, Ayana had stocked the kitchen as requested and put everything away for us. We had plenty of towels and paper products. Pool was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better home or property manager for our stay.

We rented this home for my wife’s birthday and invited her her college friends and their spouses. There were eight adults in total. Everyone had plenty of room. Summer and Ayana made the check in process seamless. Communication was excellent. They provided several resources of things to do and taxi drivers for the area.
The weather was quite rainy for most of our stay, but the spaciousness of the house did not make it feel like we were cramped, and on top of one another.
We definitely look forward to our next trip to Vanderbilt Villa.

This Vanderbilt was an amazing property. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen staples and extras to make our beach and exploring days easy! The neighborhood was secure, quite and peaceful. The location was very convenient to things we needed and placed we wanted to go. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to share time with friends.

This house is incredible- even better than the pictures. The property manager, Ayana, was superb- answering all questions and accommodating all requests. We could not have had a better experience. Close to town, great resort amenities, next to the restaurant (but not intrusively) for dine-in or take-outs to our pool. The on-site dock was a plus that saved us $400. The last experience summed up the week- I texted Ayana to get the checkout process and tasks that needed to be done before we leave. She replied- "there is no checkout process- hope you enjoy your whole stay." We did! Thanks for everything.

Fabulous luxury home in paradise
We had a wonderful week at Vanderbilt. It might be the best house on the entire island! The house is so well appointed, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and super well stocked. There are so many great spots to hang out both inside and outside. We rented a boat and parked at the house's private dock for the week. Was awesome to be able to cruise out anytime to snorkel or just explore. Even though you're right on the ocean, having the pool was great too!
Summer and Ayana were responsive and great hosts. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home
Beautiful home in an excellent location, particularly if you would like a dock/boat on property. House is exactly as represented in photos - gorgeous decor and extremely clean. Furniture, sheets, beds, etc. were all extremely comfortable. We had a few issues with hot water on first day and ladder on dock (loose) - both issues were quickly addressed. We had a very enjoyable stay.

GORGEOUS HOUSE!
5 stars all the way! This house is absolutely stunning, well stocked and spotless. Communication was excellent! Very quick response on al questions. It is in the perfect area to easily travel to other islands and beaches. I especially loved having our own pool with many swimming toys! The owners truly thought of everything. Luxury bedding in all rooms made for cozy nights. House may even look better than the photos!!!!

Exuma 2022 - A memorable trip!
This house was fabulous and perfectly suited for our party of 9. The pool, the dock and amenities of February Point were all great! Our property manager, Ayana, was very responsive and helpful with everything from concierge covid testing to return home to a medical emergency! We will be back in 2023!!!!

Spring Break
We had 2 families traveling for Spring Break and the layout couldn't have been more perfect. The house was beautifully furnished and we thoroughly enjoyed the views from the porches. We also took advantage of many of the island recommendations Summer provided us and they were all a hit. We would definitely return and hope to soon!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This house was everything as pictured - and MORE. We were a party of 10 at the house and had an amazing time in Exuma - with plenty of room for everyone. All of the helpful hints/contacts provided by Summer were on point. Everyone was helpful and nice. The home was immaculate and the area exceptionally safe. We elected to rent cars and were so happy we did - as it allowed us the freedom to explore the island on our own. We also took a few day boating trips with Antonio Johnson and team. We were able to swim with pigs, turtles, nurse sharks, sting rays, iguanas, sand bars and so much more! The only "bad" part of our trip was having to leave!

Vi har vært en vennegjeng på 7 stykker som har storkost oss i en uke på denne fantastiske eiendommen. Beliggenheten er suveren i et flott nabolag med direkte utsikt til havet som Bahamas er kjent for. Båthavn 100 meter fra boligen gjør det lettvint å ta båt taxi og bestille utflukter/øyhopping. Dagligvarebutikken i Georgetown ligger kort vei unna samt tilgang til restauranter.
Kommunikasjonen har vært smertefri og eventuelle ting vi har lurt på har blitt besvart umiddelbart. Bryggen ble flittig brukt og vi hadde daglige besøk av skilpadder som svømte rundt oss. 10 av 10 mulige!

Most the time the pictures are better than the property, but in this case the property was better than the pictures, we had a wonderful time at the house, nicely supplied , very clean , loved the ground level small kitchen with ice maker for pool days, enjoyed being so close to water saw tons of sea life, able to dock boat at property a big plus,

Family Time at its Best!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in February Point. The house was just like the pictures showed so we knew what to expect. My husband and I had our 3 children and our best friends came with theirs. There was plenty of room for everyone and privacy as well.
The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were the best quality.
The house is designed for a big group and I highly recommend staying there! Our favorite part was gathering around the dining room table eating and playing games and having coffee on the huge outdoor patio.
Kaymark was our contact there and he went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We called him a few times and he came right away.
Summer was very easy to book the house with and answered all our questions before we went.
We have been all over the Bahamas but this was our first time in Exuma- it won’t be our last.
