Great location and really beautiful room, perfect place to stay and to discover Siena

I would advise to NOT use the valet parking service, very rude garage owner / supervisor, although you pay a fee of 30 euros per day and car isn't even brought to you...

Such a lovely property in the heart of Siena. Welcoming staff, beautiful clean rooms. It was my partner’s birthday the night we stayed and they left a little bottle of Prosecco for him which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Able to leave our luggage there for as long as needed on the day of check-out. Tea and coffee in the room as well as bottled water in the fridge. We cannot wait to stay here again on our next trip to Siena!

Great place, location very staff & excellent value for money

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very pleasant, it is equipped with everything you need. There is no breakfast included but you can serve yourself a pretty decent coffee. It's very central located but not in the main street so you don't get too much of the noise. I travelled with my partner and was planning to stay just one night, but after arriving here we decided to immediately book an extra night.

The room was spacious with a large windows that opened for a breeze and the ceiling had a beautiful frescoe! We enjoyed having a bit more space with the couch and table provided and also used the coffee machine and some dishes and glasses for light meals we prepared with food from nearby grocery store. Ela was available to assist us which was very much appreciated!

The entrance way and stairs up to the property were dark and could benefit from better lighting and perhaps a touch up to make it a bit more inviting for guests. The old building had charm and was in a great location in old walled city so we could walk everywhere. It could help to have a list of grocery store locations which are nearby and recommended restaurants etc - we found them all after five days of wandering around which was great!

Everything is as beautifully and luxury as on the pictures.

The property was excellent in comfort, amenities. the hostess was helpful, charming, efficient with requests.

You can hear the noise in the hallways, but it was alright overall

amazing interior of the room, felt super luxury. a short walk from the pienza, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The rooms are spectacular, very clean, comfy beds and complimentary coffee. The location cannot be better to explore the city of Siena and explore the medieveal spirit of the town! Great place for a short city trip :-)

The room was perfect. Super bed, great location, large, stylish. The 5-6m room height, with the ornate ceiling was beautiful.

Hard to pick.....we've stayed in some very high end hotels, but this apartment offered something unique.

The room was beautiful - having a glass-enclosed bathroom made the room feel much more spacious, outlets everywhere you needed them, 5 minute walk to Il Campo and many restaurants, very responsive and delightful host

This was our first visit to Siena and this apartment made it an overall spectacular experience. It was 2 min walking from the piazza del Campo and everything was too close as well. It was super clean and offers coffee and snacks for breakfast. The apartment’s manager, Ela, went above and beyond in accommodating. Her prompt responses for everything that we have requested, made our holidays better,easier and an awesome experience. If you’re planning your next trip to Siena, I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay here! We traveled with our 15 month old. Ela was prompt and communicative even before our arrival, incredibly gracious, and even got us a dinner reservation for our group nearby on short notice that was outstanding (Gallo Nero). The room is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious even with an infant crib. Amazing shower. Important to note for those with limited mobility that while the room was big, the units require steps to access, no lift available.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Having a communal sitting area with coffee and cakes was a nice touch. The room was big and comfortable. Ela was very helpful and available if needed. Loved the stay.
