We came up for Norwich University Family Weekend. The house was clean and was stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses & silverware. However, the coffee pot was broken and the silverware was goldware but was extremely tarnished and rusted where it was unusable.
It has a nice fireplace that is controlled by a remote. It made the house cozy.
All of the bedding was clean and had clean towels.
We were traveling with grandparents so there were a lot of stairs for them. Also, the bathroom next to the washer/dryer, there is a step that is very dangerous and should have a light on it so someone doesn't get hurt.
If you see the picture of the loft room, just know that they do not post the picture that you have to climb a ladder, not actual stairs. Definitely not a room for older people, it is a room for kids. Lastly, there are no dumpsters on the property and no instructions as to what to do with the garbage.

Clean and comfortable. Worked well for our needs. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay but there were two issues - one that forth bedroom/loft which was quite nice, was almost inaccessible because the stairs leading up to it were so steep and narrow . I was with guy three grandchildren and was not comfortable with any of them using that room for fear of them falling on the stairway. And the two adults had difficulty negotiating the stairs as well. So that 4th bedroom never got used. Secondly the kitchen wasn't as well equipped as I would have like - because I love to cook. But that is minor - we made due with what we had.

The place was very clean and well taken care of. It was very comfortable.

Perfect place for my family to stay for a wedding at sugarbush. Has everything we needed and enjoyed a swim in the pool too.

Our family of 4 spent a long weekend at this unit and were really pleased with the location, amenities, family and dog friendly home. The home has a nice layout, access to running, riding trails, pool and tennis. Proximity to the mountain is great. There is also a BBQ grill which was not listed on Vacasa. The home had games and toys for the kids. All bathrooms are nicely updated and the top floor loft which seems recently redone was a really fun space for our young son to call his own. We really enjoyed our time in this unit and made sure to treat it like our own. We will definitely book again!
