Be sure you know what you’re looking for if you rent this cottage. The pictures are accurate and the cottage is very clean inside. But there’s nowhere to spend any time outside at all. There is no yard, no sitting area, and nowhere to even grill a dinner. The kitchen is not equipped adequately for cooking anything other than the most simple eggs for breakfast. Based on what you get compared to other rentals and the price is too high. Keep looking if you have time and really want to spend time at the cottage to rent.

This property has ZERO access to the lake although one would never guess from the pics shown. Because of that, cost charged is not matching returned value. Pics listed are presenting a property that is on the lake and then all the way at the end of the description , there a short mention about no access to water. Fine print and all that ... This property is a ONE story living quarters - not TWO as listed - the whole living space is on upstairs with downstairs being garages ! This description is, again, not accurate . Don't expect to have additional space for kids to play or teens to hang out anywhere else than the living room area. Big issue with NO PRIVACY - no window treatments - NONE- in the living room, nor in any of the bedrooms. Resulted in lack of sleep and poor sleep quality as well as constant concern that someone is seeing everything we do - one of the neighbors' house is 6-8 ft away .... Living room - OK and pics on site reflect reality. Kitchen as expected but no dishwasher. No washer/dryer either. Bathroom clean and properly stacked. Location of the property is irrelevant since it is not on the water. Hence here or anywhere else is the same for using it as the sleeping quarters mainly.

This lovely decorated apartment was perfect my husband and myself. Very quiet, peaceful setting that’s within the perfect travel time to al the sights we wanted to see, and more! Nicely furnished and well equipped. Easily made breakfast every morning and drank coffee on the balcony listening to all the birds. We will be back.

We were disappointed that there are no window coverings in the bedrooms, and the mattress seemed like it needed replacement.

The Treehouse is quiet, comfortable, and a delightful place to stay. Loved the balcony in particular.

We thought the place was really nice. We felt that the they should’ve let us know prior to renting that we could not fish or have lake access from our property. The lake was so close and the kids wanted to go by it but couldn’t. Also we were taking pics after we were done cleaning and making sure things were tidy and they said we needed to leave. As if we were trying to stay on the property. Not as welcoming as we would’ve like. But it was a good place if you need peace and quiet. We also didn’t have a grill to be able to cook outside so we had to buy one. Overall a good rental.

Perfect distance from everything we needed. Supplied all the essential and very clean. Only thing I would say is maybe put up some blinds or curtains in the bedrooms
