This place was great! It was very clean, and the nicest one in Indian Point we’ve stayed in!

Nice place to stay. Deck was great. Guest room bed very creaky. Hide a beds not the most comfortable. Toilets are very short and small but the men/boys in my family are all over 6’. Keurig did not work. Location is awesome and made up for the negatives.

Last minute NYE getaway. Very quiet. Really liked the trails behind the building. Very impressed with how large and spacious the deck is! Overall great experience!

The only complaint was that the keurig didn’t work. A suggestion would be to add a bench in bedrooms for luggage. The walkway was a little rough for people using a cane.

Excellent location, nice, clean condo. Small view of the lake. Only thing missing was a cookie sheet. Stay was nice. We enjoyed our trip.

I love the lay out of the condo, and having a kurig coffee machine was a nice touch. Lots of added little touches an amenities made the place ready to go. THANKS! Just to be aware though, both baths have tubs, with no safety bars to hold onto while climbing in or out. Couldn't figure out how to get the bedroom tv to work, & no tv in 2nd bedroom.

Clean and cozy place to stay on your family vaca to Branson! It’s out of the way just enough so it’s not in a super busy spot but still 10-30 minutes away from anything you could need!

When asked for handicap assessable we weren’t expecting a ramp that was so steep and 2 broken boards made it impossible for someone in wheelchair to get up ramp. The handrail was so wobbly had to have 2 people help me try to walk up. Assumed when it was handicapped assessable the place would also be handicapped friendly. This is not the truth, cannot use wheelchair at all and no handicapped bars in shower and no shower that a handicapped person could us because they both we tub showers. The deck is huge and property is updated in kitchen. Washer has a very loud noise when using.

It it was a great stay with everything furnished. It is the perfect location to visit Silver Dollar City it's just around the corner and the lake is just a short trip through Nature's Trail. were there for a week and had no problems. We will stay there again soon. The only drawback that we did have had nothing to do our accommodations but with the upstairs and the constant noise of children running all day and most of all the night it sounded like a herd of elephants. But our first visit had none of that. So it's all good

It was a great place to stay! Clean, cozy and as advertised! We were in town to see "Esther" at the Sight & Sound" theatre.Which was amazing! We would have done other things too but the weather wasn't great so we chose to hang out and relax in front of the fire! Totally enjoyed our time!

We had a great time it was well stocked with everything that you could think of with just a couple of exceptions that are not worth mentioning. We did add something to our stay we left several close pins that we hope will be used for others to close up miscellaneous chip bags and candy sacks or whatever. This is a new tradition for us we will start a place we stay will add something for the next person. We will go back there in 3 months at the same exact place so we're looking forward to enjoying our next day we are familiar with all the surroundings now. What a great place to stay! There's only one negative that we really endured we had nothing to do with this place but upstairs the people were disrespectful just allowing all types of noise above us. But we just accepted it and taught our grandchildren what's important to have respect for others and they're enjoyment that they are trying to have. That's all it was great.

We enjoyed staying at the property. We really like the lakeside trail and ability to get to the lake for swimming and fishing in a few short minutes. We also really like being able to bring our dogs with us. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants a get away on the lake without the busy beach areas.

Everything was great! Kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the place was great for 4 people.

This condo was wonderful! It was super clean, and nicely decorated! What was most amazing is how well it was stocked. They truly do have their guests in mind!

We absolutely loved our stay at Libby's Perch! The condo is well stocked and has plenty of space to spread out. The deck is delightful!

There were several things that weren’t to our standards for cleanliness. I.e. un-mopped floors, dirty bedspreads. We brought this to the attention of the property management who said they would raise this with their cleaners. Overall we didn’t feel this was urgent or affected our stay and we were able to mitigate the issues on our own. Perfect location for tons of attractions. Love that it was dog friendly. Thoughtful with the amenities that were included within unit, dishes, utensils and keurig.

The location in relation to Silver Dollar City is amazing! The condo itself has updated decor and an overall nice feel. The outdoor area is a nice bonus and almost doubles the living room/dining space. There is only a t.v. in one of the bedrooms, and channels were very limited unless you signed in to your own streaming services. We were slightly disappointed that there there were no Christmas decorations or tree because we were there for Christmas vacation. We had one late night slightly major maintenance issue that was resolved promptly the next day.

We had the best weekend at this location. We cannot thank you enough for this place. Everything you need is there. We highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a place when traveling to Branson. Thanks again!

We liked the layout, the decor, the ramp up to the door and as an extra bonus the deck was on a side that had the sunshine in the fall. Made good use of coffee bar area.

Nicely decorated condo! Good response reply time from owner. Treats were even left for pet!

If you’re looking to stay close to SDC & the lake, this is an excellent property. It’s a quick drive over to the strip. As to be expected with a condo, if there’s people above you you will hear them. Pay attention to the season you stay; we didn’t realize it was the height of tick/chigger season and got eaten up on the trail. This unit was accommodating to pets and overall our family enjoyed it.

Overall this is a very nice place and a great location. The only improvement I would make is the supply the kitchen with decent cooking fry pans.
