Right over the lake and close to shops, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay!
We did wish there was a private grill and a bit more everyday items available throughout our stay. A handful of items were broken or on their last leg, I’m sure on the list to update.

Mechanically and electricallyall the entities worked.
Outdoor barbecue situation old original "park like grill" could stand replacement with a more modern propane style setup. Note: it appears all nearby villas currently have same setup and maybe due to being a part of a maintenance "association", these type of things are budgeted down the line possibly.*New maintenance free decking, posts and deck furniture were an upgrade this year. Overall, great place!

The home is cozy and nice but the description says there’s a hot tub and pool. We rented the home BECAUSE of the hot tub. What the description failed to mention is that both the pool and hot tub are closed in the winter. I can understand the pool - but hot tubs closed in the winter at a SKI RESORT??? We were extremely disappointed. However, our host was attentive when needed, the home has many pluses (kitchen has almost every utensil needed) the beds were comfortable, it was clean and it was across the street from the skiing! The refrigerator does not produce ice or water even though there are both on the door. It was a tight squeeze for 8 adults in the home and the kitchen lacks lighting. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and attentive hosts. Bathrooms very clean. Kitchen was better stocked than renting through giants ridge proper (ie coffee filters, spices, basics etc). A little smaller than other style of the 4 bedroom villas we've stayed at; very comfortable for 8-10.

This villa was perfect for our family ski adventure! It was clean, cozy and plenty of space. Easy check in and check out.

This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a group of adults and there was so much to do right on the property we rarely left. We used the pool, hot tub and tennis courts that were set up as pickle ball courts so we played that a lot. The lake was right out the back door and a nice view. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. The Only thing that was a little tough was the loft bedroom is open to the living room and kitchen areas so if anyone was there, it was loud and lights shine in. After telling everyone to go downstairs, it wasn't an issue and the downstairs area was great with couches, tables for playing games, etc.

We were so excited to stay at this cabin due to its past stellar reviews! However, we were really disappointed. There were no sheets on the loft bed when we arrived, which wasn’t a huge deal. We found the sheets in the dryer. The owners need to remove the rusted patio table and chairs from the deck. We also found out that renting from all of the other owners at this resort includes free canoe/kayak/paddle board rental, but this cabin’s owner did not participate in that program. However, the very most disappointing part of this stay was the jacuzzi tub. We couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub at all because the jets are DISGUSTING and FULL OF MOLD! Other than the minor issues listed above, (along with the major bathtub cleanliness issue) this is a nice cabin on a serene lake.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend golf trip. Our group actually rented two villas and we ended up mostly hanging out at the other villa (because that's where all the food and drinks were. Ha!).
This villa was in good shape and had plenty of comfortable furniture and room to hang out. Since we were able to compare the two villas, this one could use a little updating, but it was also quite a bit cheaper than our other villa, so it was a very good value and we were happy with it.
The owner was very responsive and everything went smooth for the weekend. We would book again!

This Villa is very spacious for a group of people to stay while skiing at Giants Ridge. The location is great... right across the street from the main entrance of Giants Ridge. The villa has plenty of common space and 4 bedrooms for everyone in the party. Owner has great communication. We enjoyed our stay at this villa and will definitely stay here again when coming back for a ski trip to Giants Ridge.

A wonderful place for multiple families to have their own space between the upstairs, main floor and basement. We got to celebrate my mom's birthday and my son's 3rd birthday all in one extended weekend. So many activities around the property and nearby via biking or driving. The beach and the two docks were popular with the kids for building sand castles, swimming and fishing. I could imagine, either winter or summer, their are so many activities to partake in. Thank you!

Reason for 4 stars was there was a mixup on arrival for maid service but owner remedied the situation ASAP. so no big deal.

We have stayed at various villas at Giants Ridge over the past few years and this property is the nicest one we’ve stayed in. Very clean and the fixtures and appliances are updated. We will reserve this unit again in the future.

Great ski weekend stay with the basics
The place was well laid out with 4 private bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating.

Wonderful location, perfect amount of room for teenagers to have their own area and parents too! Loft area with a bathroom and shower was a nice bonus! Answered the phone right away when I called with question and very accommodating! Great with a group of people! Would recommend!
