The location of this villa is A+ for a ski trip to Giants Ridge. It is well equipped and great communication with the owner. Loved the dart board in the basement and the TV and couch were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Only minor complaint is the rug by the entry door could be a bit larger to accommodate everyones shoes and the one chair in the living room was wobbly, but neither of these were a deal breaker or enough to mark off on the review scores. Overall, this villa was great and would definitely stay here again when taking a ski trip to Giants Ridge.

Perfect spot for 2 families to enjoy all that Giant's Ridge has to offer. The kids especially loved the entertainment room in the basement. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was well furnished and nicely equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and excellent. There were a few minor maintenance issues (a living room chair was a bit wobbly, a stove burner indicator was burnt out, a couple of the pans were a bit warped) but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The place was very spacious yet cozy and we would definitely stay here again. The adjacent ski area (Giants Ridge) was very nice, and despite most Midwest resorts not having any snow, they did have enough made/maintained to be open with enough runs to keep everyone happy. I'd love to visit again when the hill is fully open!

Property was easy access to golf courses which we were playing every day of our stay. We cooked meals each night and ate together and villa was well appointed for this. Enjoyed our stay and would come again. Negatives are that there was no gas bar b Q and dishwasher did a poor job.

We had 8 guests staying comfortably in this villa for three nights and tons of golf. Centrally located to both courses was perfect. Would recommend and will look into this in the future for return visits.

We were a group of 16 women who rented this villa and one other owned by the same property manager. The villas worked out great for us. They were clean and exactly as described on the rental listing. I would definitely book this rental property again.

This property worked extremely well for our group of 4 60+ aged men. We had what we needed. I would recommend cleaning the outdoor grill.

We had two families staying in the Villa, including 3 elementary aged boys, 2 teen girls, and 4 adults. Everyone was able to find something fun to do! We went to the pool several times. The kids enjoyed playing on the Maui mat and floating dock. We rented canoes and kayaks to explore the lake. I love the updates done to the Villa! It was very tastefully done. The main floor was the perfect gathering space for meals. The basement was great for after the kids went to bed so the adults could play board games / cards. The host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Our family had a great time. So many activities. Something for everyone.

Having grown up in nearby Eveleth in the 60's and 70's but relocating in 1975, I was amazed at what the Giants Ridge vacation area had grown into over the years. The golf courses were superb and the beauty of the area is stunning. The Villas were very comfortable, convenient, and well equipped. We had a great time.

Our property was in a great location and had everything we needed for our annual guys golf trip. We will look into renting this property again for next year!

We found this property as our kids had passes to ski at Giant's Ridge. The location and availability for President's Day Weekend was excellent. Gorgeous villa! Great view of the frozen lake. Easy access to the ski hill--maybe 100 yards to the closest chair lift. An easy walk, hike to the main lodge/dining/food court. Could easily see how this is a go to location for all types of activities in all seasons. Loved the fire places. Kids loved having an entire basement area to relax in. Really great people to rent from-when we left a day early due to weather our communication with them was fantastic. We would seriously consider booking here again!!!
