everything, you can wash, cook and even have a bath(not only shower). not a lot of people, so most of time you have 100% privacy in a big house

banging wifi speeds, 100Mb/s down, 80 up well pleased. great sized room, lovely bathroom and nice little balcony. staff were very polite and spoke english, parking was right outside generally just a brilliant little place, would have stayed longer if there was more to do in lille

room gets too hot, given the lack of aircon it would be nice if the property had a fan in the room.

Everything was perfect - our room had a balcony, a very comfortable bed, netflix, desk and toilet with towels and soap provided. The communal area was also very clean and coffee/tea provided.

Room was very warm so a fan would have been helpful.

Comparing to price I have paid, I will say it was an excellent deal for.me. the room is very good a large, and the toilet as well. Very close to bus stop that. Can bring you to the Lille city centre or the main bus and train station. .

Just a one point regarding the shower, buy this can be fixed quickly. The water is nothing draining faster.

The room stay ok but This time the room was not cleaner as the first time but specifically the bathroom who are not clean at all ! No more cafe in the kitchen. Sometimes Roomies smoking in their room and smell bad after...

The apartment / room is a good size for the maximum of two people (although I was alone) and was clean. The room has a private bathroom (which I prefer). There was also a tv, a good size closet and a small desk with a chair. The shared kitchen has all the equipment you need to make yourself something to eat or drink. There is a big double fridge, a microwave, an oven, multiple types of coffeemakers and so on.

The room was on a busy road / crossing although the traffic went away during the night. There is a short commute of about 20 minutes by bus (or train) to the city center. I had a bike with me and cycled to the center in under half an hour which is still pretty decent.
