Der Frühstücksraum ist für so ein großes Hotel etwas zu klein. Das hat am Wochenende zu einer langen Schlage und fehlenden Sitzplätzen geführt

The food and staff were really great. Convenient location for the dance event were in at Seattle

Beds a bit too soft, could be more firm for me. But thats just my preference

Aircon is not working properly, on and off, i dont know if its the way it is. And the bed i found it itchy on my skin.maybe the beddings.

Close to Space Needle and Downtown is about a 10 min ride away. Super clean and updated atmosphere! Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast! Fresh coffee, juice bar, oatmeal/cereal station, eggs and breakfast quiche (we looked forward to the breakfast every morning) Overall smooth and happy stay

- location: at the edge of Downtown, you should walk a bit to go to the city center where all the attractions are located

We loved the breakfast and late check out time. Staff, at Front Desk, assisted us by answering questions about Link Light Rail system. Was able to figure out where to catch & accomplished our short trip using it.

The hotel was fairly close to the main attractions in the city center...Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, etc...It had a relaxed atmosphere (except at breakfast). Clean looking, nice hotel

The breakfast was good, but instead of like most hotels where you can just about walk up to any area, grab a plate, and then get what you want for breakfast, it was set up in a way that you had to stand in line and wait for everyone else to go through the entire line, or be rude to just go grab the 1 or 2 things you wanted...It took a lot longer to get breakfast because of the wait clear across the room. Trying to get breakfast for 3 kids and save a table so we had a place to eat was no bueno. As a safety thing, I thought it was odd that there were key card scanners to get into hotel (doors locked at night), for breakfast, and restrooms downstairs, but yet during the day, there was no need for them (I don't know about in the evening). Doors were always easy open during the day. I also went to open our curtain, to let some light in, understanding why they had the decorative, outdoorsy curtain...we had a view of brick walls of the building next to us. 😕 Elevator was out of service at the busy part of the day as well. (On a weekend)
