Beautiful home in the perfect location! Easy 5 minute walk to town center and all the main shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable! The fresh flowers were a nice touch. We loved staying here and would definitely look to book here again on future trips!

Confirmation email claimed a code would be sent day of check in and that check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 5:30PM and still no code was recieved. We fumbled thru the email to find the contact phone number only to have it ring, ring, ring, & go to voice mail. REALLY? So we peeked into the apartment and saw a phone number for the cleaning lady! We had to call her to let us in. What a joke! I've had 3 rental properties in Costa Rica for 15 years, I know the drill, these people CLEARLY do not! Nice property but horrible check in procedure makes this property WAY OVER priced. Look elsewhere folks unless you want to be stranded like we were! ARGGGG 😡😡😡

Theresa’s property is perfect for a small group trip. My family and I stayed for the week and couldn’t have been happier with the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the home. Truly felt like we were in our own little paradise! We will definitely be back.

Property delivered perfectly on what we were looking for. Brought my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 young kids). Very comfortable house and very clean.
Only negative was the week we were visiting, there was construction on the street literally right in front of this house and the driveway parking spot. I had to keep my car down on teh other end of the street and had to walk over excavators and guys digging. Was a bit tough with kids but hopefully no one else has to deal with this in the future.

We were so happy with our accommodations and the location was perfect for us, since we did not rent a car and we could walk everywhere. We will look to rent again the next time we travel to Nantucket:))

My wife and I stayed here on the last leg of our honeymoon. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home is beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Boyan was helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! Check in was easy, and it was well equipped. The location is perfect - we could walk to all of our dinner reservations in town, and it was amazing! Highly recommend!!

We have been coming to ACK for over 10 years and have historically stayed at an Inn in town. This was our first VRBO and we were very pleased with the experience. The house is adorable and very convenient to town with a great view of the water. We enjoy walking and this was just the right location to get everywhere we like to go in town. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and kept the windows open in the house during our stay. There is some early morning traffic that you can hear from one of the bedrooms, but nothing that would stop us from coming back, just something to be aware of with regard to location. Nice semi private outdoor area for dining or just relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

When we walked in, it was as if touring a model home. Beautifully furnished, fresh flowers, lights on and music playing. Beds were very comfortable with soft linens, so after all the walking, we were able to get a great nights sleep.
Great location by the water and walking distance to Main Street.
Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Great location and very welcoming! This was a nearly perfect place to stay! Really has everything you need, but for the price I would have liked the air conditioner to not be as loud, a little more space in the bathroom for my things (no counter space upstairs) and maybe softer pillows and bedding in the master, and an earlier check-in before 4PM would have helped us personally, but overall we were pleased and it was what we needed! Fresh flowers and music was playing when we entered the property. Can't beat the morning sun views or access to town! We had bikes delivered and we rented a car for a day, but you can really just walk and bike everywhere from the home, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We asked for a fan to be in the bedroom and it was! We had to build it, but so thankful for the quick response and good dinner recommendations. We'd highly recommend this wonderful spot!

The house is located within view of a quiet harbor. Town is a 10 minute walk. It’s an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bait shops and bike rentals. Parking on site if you rent a car. Rental was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Beautiful, well equipped house. We had our car so didn't walk into town, but you could definitely do that. It should be noted that both bedrooms are on the second floor. The host was verry gracious and gave us early check-in since the property had been empty the night before. Highly recommend it for the price.
