Perfect location for my hooligan friends and me to get some much needed trail time and post ride vibes on the deck. Great location just opposite Lunch Line and a short easy shuttle to Ribbon. Wish the garage had more space for all the bikes.

Clean, updated house with Amazing views! Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to have our Easter dinner.

Loved this property! Gorgeous views, bright sunny well-appointed home was the perfect base for our family Thanksgiving. The beds were big and comfortable and there were plenty of linens. There is a good grocery store and fantastic trails very close by. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a funeral. This place was great. It was 2 miles from town but felt like you were secluded and had private space. The views were fantastic from the porch and the smaller cabin on the trail. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils which allowed for home cooked meals every night (there’s a Safeway at the bottom of the hill) Overall the property was very nice. One thing I’d recommend is some binoculars for the house to look over the city and surrounding landscape. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If anything, the description undersold the property. Gorgeous views of the mesas and Grand Junction. We hit four national parks or monuments, longest drive was 2-1/2 hours. So great "launch" point. We greatly appreciated the "basics" already in the house - toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc. Would definitely stay again should we return to the area. A big thank you to Sadie for keeping us apprised of A/C repair before we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this property. Everything is as advertised and Sadie was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. My family and I were looking for a relaxing place to stay, but close enough to the city to do activities. This property met our expectations. It was clean, relaxing and had plenty of utensils for cooking. We had enough room for everyone since there were King Beds in three of the rooms. Thank You for a great stay! Great place to stay and celebrate our CMU grad. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy the evenings with an amazing view and plenty of seating. This was a perfect place for us.

My husband and our family of 3 children ranging in age from 8-3 yrs, my mom, and another couple of friends stayed here for the Desert Rats Trail Running Festival. The listing was accurate, the home was clean, beds were comfy, and the check-in process was easy. The drive to downtown GJ is about 8 minutes away so you feel just enough out of town if quiet is what you’re looking for. Sadie and Davin, we’re very responsive. I think our family most enjoyed the views from the balcony, sunrise over Grand Mesa is truly spectacular and a view I personally won’t forget. We will definitely consider this spot again on another trip back to the Grand Junction area!

The town of Grand Junction, the Book Cliffs, Mount Garfield, and the grand Mesa — a full 270 ° view — can be enjoyed from the dining and living areas through large windows or from a deck off the living and dining areas. Second story is the main floor and has the living area, dining area, as well as a kitchen, and a master bedroom with king bed. First floor has three bedrooms two of which have queen beds, one of which has two single beds, and a bathroom. There is no tub in either bath. There’s a good supply of blankets and kitchen items as well as a washing machine and small fenced in dog area.. The property is at the end of a short dirt road and feels extremely private. Sadie was very responsive to our communications. This house was fabulous for our family of six adults. It’s comfortable for hanging out and playing games on the big dining room table or for watching a movie on the big screen in the living area. I loved the mornings best when I could look out the windows and see the sunrise colors filling my vision. A stay here is a refreshing, beautiful, and easy experience

We loved our stay. The house has an expansive deck and incredible views. Everything is updated. The kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are modern and comfortable. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. Sadie, our host, was very responsive. The light in the master bath was broken and she had it replaced right away. I highly recommend this listing.

The views at this place are awesome! You can see the Mesa, Mount Garfield and the whole Palisade Valley. Our last day a storm came in and it was amazing to watch from up at the house. The kitchen has everything you need and the pans are good quality so you don't have to spend a half and hour cleaning your morning eggs out of the pan. Perfect set up with having most of the bedrooms on the bottom floor so you have the main area up to with the views. Plenty of room to hang out in the "dining" room and living room. There is a grocery store conveniently located at the bottom of the road. Tons of trails/trail heads right up the road from the house. If hiking or biking is what you came for, this place will not disappoint. Best thing is we could bring our furry hiking buddies with us. Thank you Sadie!

the property overlooks the town of grand junction and is located close to the colorado national monument with its great trails. the home is remarkably decorated for a rental. we wanted for nothing. will definitely go back!

We had a lovely time at this house! The view was stunning. We enjoyed meals on the deck while watching the book cliffs change as the days went by. There was plenty of space for my parents, my husband and I, and our two young children. There was plenty of space for us to spread out while we were there. But we simply couldn't stay out! There was trail access right from the front door. We went on several hikes. The only issue we had with the whole stay was the wasps when we wanted to sit outside for meals. While there were taps all around, they were persistent! My mom wanted me to express appreciation for the hosts providing washcloths. So often there are none so she was thrilled! My whole family highly recommends this property!

The house was great! Everything was as described and the owner communicated very well. It would be great to have garage access though, however, it felt safe when we did leave our bikes outside.

We had a great week at this property. Super clean, amazing views, very dog friendly. Any minor glitches were immediately addressed with quick response from the owners. We spent lots of time at the wineries in nearby Palisade, and highly recommend. Would go back!! Just be aware, there are stairs to the main floor if that would be a concern.
