Comfortable clean

Beautiful home in a good location, short walk to great pub. Easy parking Beautifully styled home

No toilet roll holders, bath mats would have been handy, had to use towels to stand on. Bedroom doors all stuck, unable to fully close them. Had a little bit of trouble with front door, inadvertently put on the deadlock and couldn’t release it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sunny-Side-Up. The house was immaculate and fantastic value for money. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t recommend the house enough.

Absolutely nothing

It was very modern, roomy and comfy to stay in, near some supermarkets too. We had a lovely BBQ on site and Lily was very accommodating. Able to ask her any questions if needed. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended!

The house was very comfortable

The noise that came from pipes which started around 6.30 am each morning , it’s as if someone is running water and the pipes are making a loud vibrating then tapping noise even though everyone was in bed , The taps in main bathroom need adjusted as hot water comes out the cold tap and vice versa this could be nasty if a young kid got scalded . In the second main bedroom the previous renters must of spilt tea or coffee over the wall at the side of the headboard as the wall is all stained and you can see it on the wall where it hasn’t been cleaned up The windows on the outside need a good clean as they are all covered in cobwebs Receiving a gentle reminder to be out for the cleaners coming and asking for a 10 in review 1 st time I’ve had this from an owner

Little touches from Lily made our trip away feel like a home from home. A welcome bottle of bucks fizz and nibbles and a personalised welcome message for us just shows how much Lily takes pride in building a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Decorated beautifully with Rose Gold and lots of plants, we loved every room. The bath tub was the best part of the whole place, I could have spent all evening there. Lily had thought of everything we could possibly need, bottles of water in our rooms and blankets and magazines to get cozy! We loved our stay and will be recommending Sunny Side-Up to all our friends. Location was perfect for our spa day at The Cornwall Hotel and Spa.

The only downside to this stay was the very steep drive that my sisters very old and little car didn't enjoy on the way out. Everything else was perfect.

Home from home - large house however very warm and cosy, comfortable and clean. Felt at home straight away with my family. You would put it on the luxury side. Lily, our host, was excellent. She lives on site. However, you won't see her unless you want to or need her for something.

Car park, however, there is an option to park on the road - bit steep for me.

The place looked beautiful. The host was really amazing and thoughtful. The place was very clean indeed.

Lily welcomed us to her beautiful house with an Afternoon tea which was a sweet surprise. A jar of milk in the fridge was very thoughtful and all the nice touches through out the house. The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Location is great, will definitely come again.

Stunning property for our family, wonderful host who goes above and beyond for the guests. perfect location, and lovely and private, fantastic facilities fully equipped kitchen and the BEST house bathroom. Everything very well kept to a high standard. would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Large, comfortable and clean property. Private parking. Even had Dressing Gowns and slippers if you wanted to use them, would be good for a Family Holiday.

The location was a little out of the way. If anything some kitchen essentials would have been helpful - Kitchen Roll, Cling Film etc

Everything was amazing and super clean. The host was very kind and helpful. Loved the scones. Beds were comfortable and sofas were cosy.

The whole experience off staying here was superb. Lily greeted us and made us feel so welcome, the property will not disappoint. Everything about this property is lovely with so many little extras that will blow you away. I would highly recommend staying here

We loved the accommodation so much, nice and clean. The owner offered us afternoon tea to welcome us. The beds were comfortable. Nice tea and coffee in the morning.

The host - Lily is super nice and sweet, she has prepared a complimentary cake stand which is very tasty and surprised. The house is very clean, well designed and cosy, it is also very spacious with a large bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a large garden. This is the most comfortable stay we had in our Cornwall trip. Highly recommend!

It is a lovely, clean home from home. Lily has thought of everything!
