The condo was clean and we liked the space. The goodies were a special touch.

We were in town for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and found this place for just the right price. Close enough to Weirs Beach where you could walk there, but unfortunately the weather didn’t agree with us. Beds were comfortable and the little touch of the snack bin was great! Would definitely stay here again for our next concert.

Great place. Everything was clean, decor was cute. Snack box, and a couple water bottles left for us to enjoy upon arrival was a nice touch We enjoyed our time while visiting! It is walking distance to main attraction for Weirs beach, but you do need to walk down (then back up) a great big hill. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to the Weirs or the Craft Beer Xchange, Home of the Witches Brew Pub (through the opening in the fence.) The king size beds are wonderful and comfortable, with plenty of pillows! There is a closet to hang clothes in both bedrooms, but no dressers to put clothes away for a longer stay. All blinds are light filtering, (encase you are not an early riser.) Also note, there is one TV in the living room. None in the bedrooms. We only stayed 3 nights, so it was fine for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils etc., but could use some upgrades. White towels and bed linens are provided, even for the air mattress. Bring extra toilet paper and your own kleenex, if needed. If location is what you are looking for, this is it!

2nd time staying at this building. Great condos close to town - just need to walk up/down hill to be downtown. Lots of space in the rooms and kitchen has all you will need. Pool area is nice and not so busy. There is a brewery/food practically in the backyard which is really good. Only draw back is thin walls! Can hear people walking around above you. Just hope you sleep soundly or have quiet neighbors during your stay. Would definitely stay a 3rd time though.

The condo was perfect. Location was in walking distance to weirs beach and activities. The condo itself was welcoming and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a great last-minute getaway to the lake region of NH. The location was centrally located to visit Meredith, Wolfbough, and Weirs Beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the six of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & fresh. Soft beds. Shower water pressure was good. Nice gesture of snack basket! Good communication. Clean salt water pool on property! The only single thing was the entry way smell in condo hallway, but luckily DIDN'T carry into actual living space and was nice inside! Very happy with rental. Thank you.

We had a short stay to attend a family wedding and this place met the needs for 6 adults. It was very clean and they were kind enough to provide the necessities if we forgot ours. The host was very easy to work with.

Although we were only in town for one night our stay was wonderful! The condo was just cleaned and smelled fresh as we entered! It was decorated for a relaxed vacation. Everything we ever would have needed was there for us. The bed very comfy. Linens and towels were fresh and new. The pool was amazing and not crowded. The condo was close to everything. We will definitely return.

Clean and neat. Great location for day trips into Maine, Vermont, and around New Hampshire.

We needed a place to use as a base camp for leaf peeping and seeing the sites in New Hampshire. The beds were a little on the soft side but comfortable and we slept really good at night. The heat was difficult to control, at 45 was a little chilly and 70 you were roasting. The oven was a combination convection and regular oven, instructions would have been nice on how to use it. It took a while but we finally figured it out. Microwave was small and mounted totally inconveinent to use. Would have been better on the counter. The carpet was really dirty or at least it looked dirty. The three large area rugs in the small space are an accident waiting to happen as they are rippling and are a trip hazard. According to the note on the door, dishes were to be washed and put away. The renter prior to us left a full dishwasher of what we thought were clean dishes. Since there was not dishwasher detergent or tabs who could be sure if they were clean or not. Last, but not least, we were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Seriously, you couldn't leave one spare roll, just in case? I have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this one is pretty average I guess. Unfortunately I have stayed in a lot of really nice places and the little extras go a long way!

The unit smelled a bit like old cigarette smoke and the carpets need a very thorough shampooing or possibly may be time for new ones! Didn’t have time to put away dishes as the instructions say but also seems like a weird requirement when paying a cleaning fee as it is typically just “load and start” and we did not see this until morning. The location is great and I’m sure even more fun in the summer when the walk to the beach is more feasible. There are openings in the fence behind the property that make it easy to access the beach and also the nearby brewery which was a fantastic start to our trip. One bed was very comfortable, the other was a bit stiff/springy but two king beds are hard to come by! Bathrooms were well stocked with very soft quality TP and white towels. Bed linens were tidy although there was some wayward sand under the bed that must have been brought in from the beach by a previous guest. Overall still a good experience!

Carpets were dirty and not as close to beach as described! Tv ,could not get local channels! And only one tv! Needs a lot of updates!

Great space for 3 adults and 2 teens. Area was close to Weirs Blvd, walking distance. Could see fireworks from deck. Boys used basketball court alot. Kitchen was well equipped. The king size beds were wonderful! Best sleep ever! Great and responsive host Britnie!

Property was just as described in the add. Neat, clean and the location... what can I say. It was everything we where looking for and more and Britney was very responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend this property.

We felt as though we were in our own home. This Condo has everything! The property and pool are beautiful. This is close to everything and set back enough to have peace. Will be back for sure! Thank you for sharing your home!

Very spacious and clean property. Stocked full of things you may need. Pool was very nice and not busy. The walk downtown was simple and quick.

We didn't spend much time in the condo but it was nice, clean and both rooms had king size beds which was great. I would recommend this place to travelers.
