Our multigenerational family rented this beautiful home for four days after Christmas! It exceeded our expectations and we would love to make it a new annual tradition! The house was super spacious, spotless and very comfortable for our large group. The younger kids loved both the arcade games on the lower level and the huge entertainment system on the top floor. There were more than enough beds for all 16 of us to sleep comfortably and the open floor plan on the main floor was ideal for being all together. The location was perfect too! We had rented a car so it was a quick drive downtown but we easily ubered and walked a few times as well. The house must be amazing in the summertime when you can utilize the outside patio and enclosed porch. Without a doubt, the best part of this rental is the homeowner Stephanie! She was so warm, accommodating and such a wonderful host throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience and treated us like a good friend! We cannot say enough about this vacation rental!! It is truly an incredible gem!

Clean and beautiful home with a great layout and lots of rooms for guests and kids. We were easily able to bike into town and other spots which was also fun. Last but not least, Stephanie was a wonderful host - very communicative and helpful!!

Hesitant to write this review because I don’t want anyone else snagging up this property on us for next year! We were a large group 9 adults and 6 kids ranging from 10 months - 12 years old. This house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. I loved that it was a Sun to Sunday rental as it might it easier to get vehicle ferry reservations. Stephanie was more than accommodating checking in from time to time and was very responsive whenever we had a question. Kids loved the arcade games in the basement and the adults loved the open floor plan with plenty of room for large group to gather together for meals and hanging out! Will definitely look to head back next year.

Kids from age 6-16 loved the basement with all the games and 3rd floor where they could all be together! Gave adults plenty of their own space. Owner and property manager were so kind and checked in multiple times! Would definitely recommend!

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 3-11. Everyone had a wonderful time. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The pool/playground/tennis courts were conveniently located right behind the house! The bike path was right at the end of the road. Close to everything we needed and a quick 10 minute drive to town. We were blessed with beautiful weather all week long! We definitely made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for opening your home to our family. We’ll definitely be bACK. ❤️

We had a lovely stay on the Island and the location and the house worked perfectly. It is very conveniently located close to the airport, which helped a lot coordinating different arrival and departure times and dates for our group. And we could easily talk to town as well. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards for our use and a selection of bikes. The HOA pool was just around the corner. Everybody had a great time!

My husband and I had a “parents only” weekend away with a few other couples. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to stay comfortably. The kitchen, living room, dining, screened in porch and yard were the best combo for the layout. We spent so much time together relaxing for breakfast and dinner. Some of the guys in our group attended a fishing charter and we had an amazing dinner. We have rebooked this house and plan to bring the kids as it is the perfect place for kids with lots to do. Stephanie was inviting and attentive and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. She really adds such a personal touch.

I stayed at this amazing home with a group of friends over Memorial Day Weekend. This house was absolutely perfect with tons of sleeping areas, a beautiful kitchen, living room and backyard to spend time in. Stephanie was extremely prompt in responding to any questions I had throughout the weekend. We will definitely be back next year! 10/10 would recommend!

Our group had an amazing time at Stephanie's property. The house was better than expected, clean, and so cute. Stephanie was always available if we needed her and even provided recommendations for our group when it was raining. The outdoor space is a little oasis! Would love to stay at Stephanie's home again and highly recommend.

I have a very large family and we all went to Nantucket to celebrate one of my brothers 50th birthday. Stephanie was so kind and thoughtful, and an amazing host. The house was beyond perfect, so spacious. We had a wonderful time, ages ranged from 5-82, everyone loved it.

Clean, spacious plenty of beds and amenities. Location was close to everything. Host stayed in contact making sure every single thing was going as easy as possible starting before we headed for the ferry. This continued for the entirety. Would 100% recommend and rent again!

We were a party of 8 women, family and friends. Awesome experience. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Clean and many little extras from previous renters that we didn’t have to buy or bring. Would definitely stay in future!

Stephanie, Thank you so much for hosting our Marshfield Moms Group for the annual Nantucket Christmas Stroll in your beautiful "Three Gulls & a Buoy" home. We were a group of 14 moms - some local, some from out of state and first timers to Nantucket. We we started the rental process with many texts/questions and you were always available to provide quick and thorough answers. We appreciated that and we knew from the start that this rental relationship would be a great one! Now for the house. It's gorgeous, clean, spacious, well appointed and with plenty of room for large groups. The two master bedrooms with en-suite were amazing (one on the 1st floor, the other on 2nd) along with the king and queen bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor bunk room with 12 twin beds and a large TV was the perfect space for some of our moms that wanted to spread out a bit. And then there's the basement bedroom with twin beds and privacy. Beds were all super comfy and sheets/linens/towels were soft and plentiful. And the cute thing is that every bedroom is adorned with the name of a local Nantucket beach - which is helpful with a large group. We loved hanging in the living room on the comfy leather sofa that fit about 10 of us and loved the fireplace after a chilly Christmas stroll downtown. The kitchen is well appointed and we made big buffet breakfasts both days of our stay using the provided platters, pots, pans, baking sheets and kitchen utensils. It was easy to get UBERs and cabs to/from downtown and it was only a 10 min ride. We didn't venture further than that however having been to Nantucket prior, I can attest that it's in a centrally located area. Stephanie, Thank you again for your hospitality. Simply put - AWESOME! Spent the long weekend with some extended family on Nantucket and the house turned out to be exactly as advertised offering us plenty of space to gather all together or to slip away to have a little alone time to read, study or just relax. It was spotless when we arrived and offered everything you could need from kitchen to bath with full access to every room, cabinet and part of the property. Lastly, Stephanie the owner was very accessible and a pleasure to deal with! We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

Our stay here was an absolute treat, from the moment we connected with Stephanie until we were on the ferry headed homeward. The property was perfectly comfortable for everyone -- enough space to gather when we wanted to and enough space to get peace and quiet when we needed that. The 3rd floor setup (6 beds and 6 tuck-away beds beneath) made this a perfect experience for families with kids, giving them all a chance to have a sleepover together. While we didn't get to spend much time outside, the well-lit porch and sun room was temperate even as we approach winter. The only thing worth noting is that parking is difficult in this area, and requires some extra work to be within regulations (no guest parking on the street without a permit, small driveway). We didn't try to get any guest permits, but that may be worth checking in on if you planned to bring vehicle(s). We will absolutely plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you Stephanie!

What a wonderful stay we had at Three Gulls and a Buoy! From the first contact with owner Stephanie, till the very end of our stay, everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautifully decorated, comfy, and extremely well equipped. We lacked nothing! Bedrooms were roomy, beds were comfortable, and everyone had plenty of space. The home was great for children. The kids loved the play space in the basement and the huge third floor bedroom. The large kitchen and coffee bar were great for us adults (8), as was the lovely, private backyard and screened room. We had pizza from Shangri-La sitting around the firepit one evening, it was lovely! Stephanie is an amazing host - so gracious and accommodating, and full of great tips! Nantucket is so charming and beautiful, we wished we had more time there. A fantastic vacation, and we hope to return. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Stephanie and family!!

We had four generations stay together in the house and had room to spare. Stephanie was helpful and responsive and the house was clean and well-stocked. Our grandmother was very comfortable in the downstairs master while the kids were happy on the third floor and the basement. The beach towels and sand toys were a hit. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to stay again.

We had a truly wonderful time, Stephanie made the check-in process very easy. The house is located close enough to town that it is only a short taxi away, everything in the house is clean, there’s plenty of space and the house is even nicer than the listing. Charming neighborhood. 10/10

Really difficult to find anything that was not perfect with this home. Excellent location with short bike rides to town and beaches. Perfect neighborhood for kids and an incredibly helpful host. Can’t wait to return.

The house was very clean and spacious. The host, Stephanie, was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The neighborhood was cute and quiet and the kids loved the pool and nearby playground. We all had a great experience!

Lovely, friendly, safe neighborhood for kids to play. Host Was always available and full of good knowledge and tips for the island. You can bike to town and avoid traffic/parking there is also another new playground 5 mins bike ride away. House is spacious and can easily host two families. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, racquets. Host has access to a great babysitter.

We spent one week on Nantucket and the nice big clean home made it easy! The owner host Stephanie was incredibly responsive on every question we had. The property has it all- beach towels chairs umbrellas, bikes, plenty of kitchen plates glasses etc and very comfortable beds And a community pool tennis pickle ball club house and lots of seatings with umbrella tables. Highly recommended but often booked!
