Loved how it is within walking distance of downtown. Everything you need is there. I do not know if it was the remote or the TV but wasn't working just right. The curser would move a little bit then you had to wait a few second then it would move again. Besides that this is a great place to stay.

we wanted to get something that wasn’t one of the big hotels in town, but still close in and this was pertect. You can walk down the hill and be right on the north end of Central, and it’s not much further down to the middle of town with the bath houses and such. The bungalow was very neat and clean and well appointed, and off-street parking was a nice plus.

My wife and I were impressed with this super clean, well equipped, and cute duplex cottage within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Everything we needed was on hand, check-in was incredibly easy, and the cottage was in a quiet neighborhood. My wife loved how the owners thought of everything --- from extra toothbrushes and makeup wipes (if you forgot) to great snacks in the kitchenette. There also were helpful notes about the TV and the AC/heating unit. It's the way EVERY rental should be!!

My husband and I are from central TX. We've never been to Hot Springs and wanted a location that was close to everything but didn't have the noise and traffic. This location was exactly what we were looking for. It's a minute away from bathhouse row and a short drive to local and chain restaraunts. The room had everything we needed to make breakfast, shower comfortably and relax after a day of hiking. It was clean, fresh and had toiletry items- if we had forgotten our own. The only area that we weren't completely satisfied with was the bed. The mattress is very, very soft and we kinda felt like we were sinking. The sheets felt nice, but they would not stay and were constantly sliding like they were too big for the mattress. So, nothing negligent on their part- more of a preference thing for us- so if you like super soft mattresses, you'll be golden. The air conditioning was excellent and we were very comfortable. The home is charming and great for a couple to stay comfortably, privately and with all you need for a romantic getaway. My husband said we will definitely have to return.

We started out a little rocky as I had really wanted to stay in the room with the cedar in the living room, but there was a snafu with another couple so we were rebooked next door. But, room was clean and homey and we soon settled in. There were several snacks, oatmeal, and coffee flavors to choose from. We think it would help to have an address plaque placed in front of house as we were not sure because there was no address. There is also a carpet in the bedroom that needs to be addressed as it is a tripping hazard. Again, great place to stay with good decor, ample towels and kitchen well stocked.

Traveling thru on a cross country road trip. This space was perfect for for an overnight after a travel day. Would have been great to have had more time to explore the area from this convenient location. Walking distance to the Main drag. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Little touches like snacks and sundries were a nice treat. Bed was comfortable too. Would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I had an amazing little get away! Property owners were so amazing to work with. We will definitely be back!

Clean, affordable and quiet place.

The cottage was clean, cute, and the neighborhood was peaceful. It would have been perfect except the last night of our stay we were worn out from so much walking we just wanted to relax and throw a pizza in the oven. The oven temperature wouldn’t go above 260 so the crust didn’t brown so we had to go get something else. A minor inconvenience really and when I return these cottages are where I’ll check first.

This place was wonderful. I surprised my boyfriend with a getaway for his birthday and had never stayed in hot springs before. I was nervous about what we would be staying in but we walked in and both raved over how nice and cute the bungalow is!! They went above and beyond and made sure that the people who stay here have everything they need. The bed felt like a cloud and we both agreed we needed to buy a bed like that after we stayed there. The owners have thought of it all and it was much appreciated!!

Just stayed one night on our way to a further destinations but wanted a place with access to all Hot Springs has and we were able to walk most anywhere we needed to go. The bungalow had everything we needed down to the forgotten toothbrush. Bed was very comfy.Kitchen was well stocked and even had snacks. Great coffee choices too. While the house is dated you wouldn’t know it from all the updates inside. It is connected to adjoining duplex and you can hear your neighbors somewhat. Glad ours were quiet.

This was our first time going to Hot Springs together. This little house was perfect for us! It was a short little walk to the strip. Very quiet and peaceful. We sat on the front porch one night and just enjoyed the nature sounds. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone! We loved every minute of our weekend getaway.

Came to Hot Springs to for a getaway with my love. We had a great time exploring downtown, the Garven Woodlands gardens, the nearby lakes. The duplex is within walking distance from downtown. PERFECT for Hot Springs exploration! House was well equipped and super comfy. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so great. Everything was perfect 👍

Location was great. Easy walk to bath houses and restaurants. Be aware there are no bedrooms doors which may be a concern if you have night owls or early risers. We made it work. Others have commented on the softness of the bed. It was much softer than we preferred, but once again we made due. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay and due to the convenient location would book this property again.

We were very impressed with the Mountain bungalow and greatly enjoyed our 2-night stay for our anniversary. The host had timely and informative communications about the property as well as recommendations on various places to see and where to eat, which several of them we tried and really liked! The 1 bedroom/1 bathroom bungalow also has a cozy living room and kitchen with minimalist but inviting decor and ambiance. We had everything we needed and the host provided nice to have items like a full spice rack, "forgot something?" incidentals, extra linens for "just in case" situations, and more. The vacation guide in the entertainment console was instrumental in our weekend itinerary! Bed linens were ultra soft and the bed was quite comfy. The shower has good water pressure, it was an easy check-in and check-out, off-street parking and is very convenient to Bathhouse Row.

Mountain Bungalow was exactly as described! Clean is an understatement, and location is perfect if Bathhouse Row is your thing! The host were prompt to respond to any question or comment! Would highly recommend, and when in the Spa City, I will be booking again!

This property is super cute and very well managed. If you’re planning on spending most of your time in the downtown area or on the trails, then the location is great. If you plan to be at the lake, this is on the very far end of town.

We will definitely be staying here again. Great location and just a couple blocks from downtown bathhouse and all the excitement. Can't go wrong here!

Spent last 3 days of a 7 day motorcycle tour of eureka springs in hot springs to relax and get spa time at bath house this .location wea perfect and so well decorated we did not want to disturb anything , The bonus coffee and welcome basket was beautiful,. The bed was very comfortable. Big screen tv. They spared no expense will be back

Just a walk from downtown!

This is the perfect spot! You are right down at the end of bathhouse row within walking distance. There is access to the national park less than a quarter mile away. And easy access to the west or peak mountain trails with excellent hiking. One of the things we love the most was the bike cabin! It was great to have a place to store the bikes without worrying about them or carrying them into the house. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for two people in Hot Springs you just found the place!

The stay and everything regarding the listing was great. The only thing I believe would help in listing for the future is the size of driveway can be a bit small for full size vehicles, however there was ample parking around the listing on on the street.

The space was cozy and had several "pluses" that were thoughtful additions such as a few snacks, condiments in the fridge, emergency toiletries, and even small good-to-know notes placed around. The decor was calm and the bed comfy! Overall, we will definitely stay again!!

The check in process didn't go smoothly at all. I had to call several times to get an answer but the situation did get resolved. The app also didn't work right and the reception at the property was spotty.

We loved this little house and it was great for just my husband and I. It was well appointed with helpful amenities. My one complaint is the bed. It was the absolute loudest, squeakiest bed…you can’t breathe without it creaking. Other than that, it was great! Very close to historic hotsprings so you don’t have to park downtown.

The property is as listed!! The property owners were easy to communicate with and they were fast to reply to you. The location is in walking distance to bathhouse row which was very convenient! We will definitely be staying there again when we decide to come back!!!
