The property was just as advertised and was in a great location with a boat slip. You won’t need to bring much besides clothes as they have everything covered. Dog friendly as well. Owners and other residents in the community were so nice and I look forward to staying again.

The property was great overall and matched expectations. The swimming dock is very conveniently located, and we enjoyed it daily. The cove it was very quiet, and all boats were very respectful of the no wake areas. I would say if you have a pet that is particular about where they do their business it’s not ideal as there isn’t any green space near the unit. Also another minor inconvenience is the distance you have to take your garbage to. The dumpster is not walkable. Just be prepared you’ll need to drive it to the dumpster.

The property was centrally located and was within 15 minutes of all the activities that we wanted to do. So easy to talk to the owner and they were very accommodating. Granddaughter who is 7 showed everyone how to catch fish...she brought in over a 100 in the 6 days we were there. They loved fishing and swimming in the lake and then would drive up to the very nice and clean pool.

Great Lake of the Ozarks getaway. Close boatride to numerous locations. Boat slip was perfect. Very peaceful cove location. Ability to bring our dog a huge plus. 5 stars all the way!

I have never been to Lake of the Ozarks but have heard good things. I shopped vrbo and airbnb for a couple weeks till i found this location at Holiday Shores. It is an excellent location. The home is quiet, clean, very well stocked will everything that is needed, pots, pans, etc for stays without any issues. All off the appliances were clean and functioned great. We caught several species of fish off of the swimming dock. The water was clear for a lake environment and quiet. We definately will be back. Also, highly recommend Dirty Duck boat rentals.It is not far away and great equipment. Thanks again!

Very nice property and owners went above and beyond to help and make things great. Only thing I missed was regular TV and news but that was just because I was not a streaming person. If you have streaming service no problems. Area was centrally located and would highly recommend

My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed here and had a great time! The villa has a nice deck, access to a dock in the cove and was very comfortable for our stay.it’s located close to a lot of the bars, restaurants and shopping in Osage Beach. We will be back if we’re in the area again!

2nd time we’ve stayed here. We had a great time both trips. They added an outdoor table and some new seating out there. Great upgrade. Big quiet cove is super relaxing. We would definitely jstay here again.

We enjoyed this location a lot. The units are independent so you have more privacy and more room compared to a typical condominium. It's also in an excellent location on a large cove. Great layout at the house, with a beautiful swim dock. Best I've seen at any resort. A bit of a hike to the pool - better to use a vehicle. Accepting pets was great but also a little walk to relieve the dog. We'd stay more frequently at a bit lower cost - especially with the fee for the 7th person.

My family had a wonderful time here. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the cove and my girls loved being able to paddle board the smooth cove and fish in the evening!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is close to everything while still having a feeling of being away from it all. We loved the swim/fish dock. It was very convenient for a quick swim and we caught lots of different fish. It was great to be able to use the boat slip too. It was a great stay for our family including our dog. We loved it!

As a Christmas gift to our adult children we booked this property for a few day at the end of July 2022. This cozy VRBO home is just PERFECT for a group of 6 adults! The accommodations are fabulous! Clean, spacious, and full of absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. We brought our own food and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to have large family dinners together. Beach towels and blow-up water toys and noodles for smaller people provided (we brought our own). Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Everything provided for the perfect vacation in a lovely quiet cove off the main channel. ((The water was soooo warm and perfect for swimming!! The dock was absolutely perfect for our family! We brought our own bluetooth speaker for music and had an excellent time playing and relaxing in the water.)) I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO location as a less-than-ten-minute drive to everything you need - Menards, Hy-Vee, Scooters Coffee, Starbucks, Target, Petco, Old Navy, gas stations, and many, many restaurants. I hope to return and rent again in the future. Thank you! Suggestions: Please provide kleenex/tissue boxes for guests as well as extra pillows if possible. Also - please check and clean the dryer duct. ((We loved having the ability to do our own laundry each day.))

It was very hot this week, but we brought our pontoon which a no wake slip that was provided too. The property was very clean and spacious. The Villa was just off the main road which made it very to get in and out. Neighbors were very nice. Every thing worked great too. I had no problem with the boat ramp and storing the trailer. I will say the road is a little steep but no issues. I consider our family water people, but this place can be great for a get away too, The main floor is very open floor plan and accommodating for several people. Thank you for no rain this week.

The villa is right on the water with views of the lake from two balconies. The three swimming options, the lake, pool, and splash pad, were a hit with the kids.

We loved our time at this little villa on the lake. It was a nice set-up with the layout of the villa and it being an open concept. We took advantage of the boat slip and brought our boat with us...nice quiet cove with easy access to the main channel. It was also close to a lot of restaurants, by boat, which made it even better! We would definitely look to book here again!

Great central location on the lake, we have always stayed closer to the dam and really like being down closer to the state park, backwater jacks, dog days, etc. The place has a really open layout and is an easy walk down to the boat. Had a great time and would rent again. Thanks!

We come to Osage Beach a lot and like to try new places. I have a feeling we will be coming back to this property for sure! The hosts were excellent. The WiFi was offline and they helped us get it working quickly being so responsive when we reached out. The view is awesome, location awesome, and the swim dock is so fun! We met some great people just hanging out and swimming in the lake. Loved every minute! Thank you!

The villa was the perfect place to stay for a quick family trip before school starts up. It was conveniently located, very clean, has all the amenities, and is right on the lake. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again!

Loved having access to the large dock for swimming and fishing, the younger kids were in heaven.

Our family had a good time hanging out at this property. Right on the water with a swimming dock and pool close by. Had a lot of steps to go up and down to the lake and in need of some updating. Also in the heat of the day the unit got pretty warm in the living area and loft. Other than that it was a decent property and worked out for the most part.

This is a great family place with nice amenities and easy to get to most anything you want to do. The accommodations are well laid out and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and prompt with responses to inquiries. We would rent this place again if we return to the area.

Property was very clean and well stocked w/ towels, Kitchen equipment, TP, etc. Area was nice and close to all the activity on Bus 54. They accepted pets so our dog got to go. Pool was nice and not crowded. Lot has a lot of steps if this is a problem but other than that no complaints.

This house was exactly as shown. It is perfect for a quiet family getaway. Unexpectedly private. We enjoyed our 6 day stay here immensely. House is a close drive to city attractions and necessaties, the pool was a great retreat from the heat, and the swim dock is great for relaxing and fishing.

Family friends came with us to stay at this rental and we couldn't have been happier! There were nine of us and we all fit comfortably. Having the two masters made it so easy and the loft upstairs is adorable! The place could not have been cleaner and it was decorated adorably! We were highly impressed with the views and the location within Osage Beach can't be beat. We even talked with our friends about making this a yearly thing and renting this very unit again & again. Communication with the owner was fabulous. This place was a gem!
