Breakfast was excellent.

Whilst the location was very good, there was little else to be positive about.

Very poor standard of accommodation with a small, very dated room with the hardest mattress I have experienced. The evening meal choices consisted of a basket meal of fried food choices, which were of a very poor standard. Service was impersonal and added very little to what was the most disappointing stay of my entire week at various locations. Not a place I would personally recommend.

Some minor decoration is needed but don't let this put you off as generally it was fine.

The location was lovely, the age of the building meant it was attractively higgledy piggeldy. The young man who cooked and served breakfast was friendly and charming.

We were pretty horrified that dogs were allowed in the dining/breakfast room! And the mould in the bathroom was also pretty off putting. The whole place needs a fresh eye to look at the details.
