Treppenhaus war renoviert

Extrem stark nach Rauch stinkendes Zimmer, Übernachtung nicht möglich! Gardienen und Wände mit starken Nikotinablagerungen. Eingang im Hinterhof, kein Licht --> Sturzgefahr! Lichtschalter im Treppenhauseingang ebenfalls defekt. Unbedingt Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Wir haben uns noch in derselben Nacht im nahegelegegen Ibis-Hotel einquartiert. Nur ein wenig mehr Geld aber alles i.O. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Stellungnahme des Vermieters erhalten.

Nah am Hauptbahnhof. Checkin problemlos. Kontakt über Whatsapp zeitnah und gut.

Leider kein Klopapier. Keine genaueren Infos zu WLAN und Frühstück.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Gästehaus liegt direkt neben einer Parkgarage. Freitags abends ist hinterm Haus allerdings viel los, daher eher laut.

Die Badezimmer riechen etwas streng.

SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS, DO NOT STAY HERE. Owner is aggressive and nasty. 1. All of the reviews about the keys not working if you are checking in late are TRUE, and owner will refute any responsibility - I was not able to use my booking and ended up wandering the streets at night, looking for somewhere that could take me instead. Now looking through reviews I can see this is a frequent problem, so save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else! Ibis Budget hotels are a minute down the street and only €10 more - it’s definitely worth it to save yourself from the horrible experience of dealing with this property. 2. Entrance is located in a carpark where club-goers go to piss, is dark, unlit, and surrounded by a bar which is loud and rowdy late at night 3. Not only could I not use my booking, when I tried to connect to the property Wi-Fi to at least search for somewhere else to stay, couldn’t even use the Wi-Fi provided as it is weak/doesn’t work. I can see now from reviews that other guests have had this problem as well. 4. Owner agreed to a refund while I was there, lying straight to my face. When I called him to ask why he had not consented to the refund via booking.com, he hung up the phone. He has since sent a message calling me a variety of insulting names - but waited until the booking was more than 48 hours over so that the window to contact customer service about it has passed. An aggressive, dishonest, and cowardly owner - save yourself the pain of dealing with him :)

Very good value for money 100 meter from train station en city center.. location perfect.. Also helpful owner who is really kind and takes the time to explain how to walk to the city places.. I booked 1 day online and wanted to stay 2 days more and payed cash.. but the day before last I needed to go to another city.. I told him and he just give me my 50 euro back from the last night.. no questions asked.. how wonderful.. he didn't had to do that, but he did it out of him own kindness.. thank you sir! Of course I'm a bit biased now but it is really good value for money and perfect located.. it's not a luxe hotel.. but you have everything you need and most importantly for me.. it's clean!

We were given the wrong key and couldn't contact the owner and it was 10pm at night. We were very tired and were travelling with 2 kids, so it was unfortunate. -There's a funny smell comping from the kitchen areas/area outside some of the rooms. It looks clean, but the smell tells you that it's dirty. The bedroom themselves are very clean and do not smell. For this price, I didn't find it to be a problem as the room itself is clean (this was our second stay) but it's handy to know that there can be a funny smell looming!

Very close to the Hbf. Electronic check-in means there's no worries over late trains. Strong WiFi.

Location on booking.com is imprecise, so check Google before walking into a casino! The entrance is round the back, up an unlit alley. It needs some PIR lighting to make it attractive. No bedside lamp in my room - the room lighting was pretty poor in general. Shopping centre location might not suit everyone.

Proximity to the train station, spacious room, automatic key disposal, water in the room, four beds, sufficient furniture, questions are answered by email quite quickly, the staff is on the property during the day time.

Bathroom

The beds were ok. The check-in system is quite user-friendly. The price was the best in that location.

The smell of dampness in the room. But maybe that smell was triggered by cold wet autumn weather. The bathroom was smelly, and the toilet dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower cabin(((( I wanted to leave that place asap.

For the money I gave it was a good deal. It was the cheapest in three towns (memmingen, gunzburg and ulm) I searched all the area and it was the only room with this price (42 per night for 1 adult and 1 kid). The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi perfect. The host was nice he answered my message (i could not found the password for the internet and he sent me). It had clean towels and shampoos.

We were on the 4th floor only stairs not elevator. I buy my own toilet paper. In the kitchen on the microwave it had food from other guests but old food like it has been there a month it was covered with a white smelly thing. Also the toilet had the same smell. BUT again, it was the cheapest in all the area so I was ok i am not complaining. I didn't expect a lot for the money i gave. The room it was all clean! I would stay again there.
