After paying a total of $800/night at this one, I will say that the location was great and there were enough beds and baths to fit us all comfortably. Everything else seemed to be one problem after the next.. 30 mins to get in when we got there because the contact on the check-in instructions wasn’t answering, many items in need of repair including upper level laundry, kitchen lighting, a toilet seat, deck railing (super unsafe). Bugs so thick in the exterior lights we had virtually no lights on the back deck, no vents in basement master so it was hot and stuffy. This is clearly a well rented home, the derferred maintenance is very obvious. We let Evolve know and they said they could send a maintenance person over… but to fix all of it? I could understand one or two items. But having a maintenance guy there all day fixing problems they should have seen months ago doesn’t make the experience any better. I also want to note, this is the first bad review I’ve ever written on these sites. It was by far the most disappointing experience at a vacation rental yet.

Very comfortable! Many bedrooms and bathrooms! With large deck right over the water as well as a dock! Host was super nice and responsive! Would definitely come again!!!

Great place to bring a family and friends and enjoy the lake.

The owner, Crystal, was easy and fast to communicate with. The property had plenty of space for our 4 couples to spread out, each with their own room and bathroom. The kitchen table was big enough for all 8 of us to play cards or eat on. The larger bedroom on the main floor had a super comfy bed and pillows. The best two parts about this house were the views and the location. It is located within walking distance to Dog Days restaurant with swim up bar, a boat rental place or two, or a 10 minute drive to a swim beach the views of the lake! We were able to drive to our parasailing spot within 15 minutes. I can't say enough about the views of the lake. The large windows faced the water and you didn't have to go to the dock to watch the boats and sunrise. The sunrises here are amazing!! All of us very much enjoyed staying here and we would come back in the future.

A convenient location to explore the Lake of Ozarks experience. A wonderful view and very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Thank you for sharing this location.

Three families stayed for a baseball tournament weekend and it was a perfect place for everyone to spread out, cook in, and relax!

House slept us all well. Great location to bars and restaurants! If your looking for a house to sleep a large group of friends this place is great! Our boat rental was close by, with a bar that had a dock in walking distance it was perfect.
