At check-in, the lady at the register looked at me like I didn't belong there. I had to tell her that I had a reservation. Adrienne, our bartender, was amazing. She was on top of her game and none of the guests had to wait, even though she was the only person tending the bar. She even put food orders in, and our food was delivered quickly, and it was delicious. During check-out, the lady at the register "appeared" to have a "let's get this over with" attitude. However, I made sure to stay kind to her and by the time I got checked out, she was nicer and even told us safe travels. All in all, the stay was good, but I have to say that Adrienne was the best! I did encounter a few other workers and they were kind. Just seemed to be the ladies at the register.

I have nothing to say. My partner and I was very pleased with our stay.

The house keeping were super loud early in the morning one of the two mornings I was there.

Location was good. Lobby was nice and the food from the Sportsbar was good and reasonable.

Housekeeping. We ask for our room to be cleaned one day and they said they would be glad to. We came back and they hadn't touched it. We didn't have clean towels and the garbage was running over. We had to go downstairs to get towels. We felt the hotel was a little pricey.

Breakfast was awesome. View was lacking only because of the construction going on for the new stadium

We were not told that one of the elevators was out of action, no notice on doors. Had to be told by other guests about alternative elevators after waiting for over 20 minutes on 9th floor.

The room was clean

I had the total amount paid plus a holding deposit. I was also charged daily an amount of $371 for three days. This amount along with the deposit is still pending. I left one week ago and still waiting for these charges to be removed from my account. This is like being charged over $1000 more than required. I would not recommend due to the cost you have charged my account. I understand the total amount ($999 plus $151) holding deposit but the extra $371 per day was never mentioned and has not yet been refunded to my account. How much longer do I need to wait to have the amounts refunded.

The location was excellent. Everything was super clean and nice.

My only complaint is that the beds were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as rock. One step up from sleeping on the floor. They did not have any mattress pads or anything to offer up to make it better. The gal at the front desk, tried her best by giving us some extra pillows and comforter, but it just did not do the job. I have been at other hotels where they can give you some kind of egg crate to help. It would’ve been nice if they had something because in Nashville we did so much walking and we did not get good night sleeps. My husband was miserable. Luckily we were in a king suite so we had a little couch with a hida bed. We moved that mattress and put it on top of of our bed, but it still really did not help. The most comfortable thing in the entire room was the couch itself which my husband did not fit very well on. Not to mention this was a romantic getaway for us, so the last thing we wanted to have to do was Sleep separately. Because of the beds, we likely can’t stay at that hotel again, which is unfortunate.

15min Walking distance to central town.

On arrival the elevators were broken, meaning we had to carry our bags up 11 flights of stairs. Once we got setup and got ready for bed, we noticed the curtain was missing from the room we’d been given (explanation we were given was maintenance left this job incomplete previous day), so at 11pm we had to move everything to another room. This new room also turned out to have a blocked sink, and the elevator issues continued throughout our stay. No explanation, apology or credit were offered by the staff.

Very clean and nice. Good safety measures such as key card needed to access the room floors. Very friendly staff. Desk clerk refunded my working fee for the noise issue (see below).

I felt like I was sleeping in a dorm. Doors slamming (not closing loudly- slamming) and people hollering and laughing loudly at 3am. When I stepped out my door to shush people, one young man looked me in the face and laughed. I know the management cannot control their patrons, but I felt like I was in a college dorm and paid way too much for that nonsense.

We loved the location and proximity to downtown and the stadium. We loved the diversity in the breakfast bar. There was something for everyone. All the food was delicious. The in suite bar and restaurant was perfect also. The bartender had great recommendations and was extremely sweet.

The valet stopped prior to schedule. our room thermostat was off as well as phone unplugged upon arrival also. In defense, they switched our room. The timing of the amenities (gym and pool closed extremely early.)
