The room was so spacious and I loved the way it was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable

Their computer system was down which made it difficult to get a key so it was impossible to get into the room without someone escorting you to your room with their employee cards

Carpet in room could’ve been cleaner

Most of the front staff were good but I want to partially call out Andrew as he was excellent. He resolved our room situation immediately and courteously. Previous to this we told staff about the smell in the room but it was ignored.

The location

great pool, gym small but decent, good breakfast, all nice and new. Decent price!

My pull out couch bed wasn’t made! All extra leaving were left in a bag in the closet

Everything! This is by far the best hotel that I’ve visited in over a five year span! Just a little over our budget but once we got inside our room it was worth the over limit that we had ❤️

Loved the room and the staff. It’s a new facility so the outside was very pretty dirt lots front and back of the building. Will return for sure.

Great staff, I booked the wrong dates and they fixed me right up. I got nowhere with booking.com, I needed help right then not within 24 hours.

The hotel was wonderful

It's fairly new, so nice.

Our "king suite apartment" nice kitchen area, the layout of the room was horrible, anything but "king-size" the loveseat pulls out to make a bed but the pullout bed fits flush to the foot of the king size bed. So whoever sleeps on that side of the king bed has to literally crawl out and over the pullout bed! If you sleep on the other side of the king bed, you are literally 2 feet from the bathroom door, if anyone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, they are right in your face! Super small and cramped room, wouldn't pay that price again to literally have to crawl over each other. Only plus was the hotel is fairly new so of course the furnishings were nice and the staff was nice, too bad they didn't make the floor plan of the room nicer.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & in good location.

Due to a large number of children’s sport teams, staying in hotel, the breakfast & pool area’s were noisy & packed.

Shower drain was clogged

too crowded, couldn’t use the pool due to like 50 kids being in it the whole time. breakfast was lacking too.

We "liked" checking out after 1 night's stay.

Exterior looked like a bombed out war zone. Our room smelled of mold and dampness. They attempted to use the A/C set at 65 degrees to mask the odor. The expected Marriott Breakfast is now replaced with an expensive pay-as-you-go Starbucks Bistro. Very disappointing. There was a standing puddle in the hallway from a pipe leak . am surprised Marriott Corp. allows this location to be open in the midst of construction.

How clean the whole building was. Our room was comfortable and the staff was amazing.
