great place to stay after a long drive! shower was incredible too! ac stayed on as well and wasn’t noisy. great selection of shows to watch on tv as well. breakfast was good too.

We were there for my father’s celebration of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!

Great last minute stay! Well lit parking. Walking distance to a good restaurant, Ramshackles. They provide a nice variety of breakfast items.

Room was very clean, staff was very nice. I left some items in the room when we left, The hotel called and said they would mail them to me if we would like. I recieved my clothes as promised.

I stayed at this hotel while I helped my stepmother pack her house/garage for her move, I came back to the hotel needing a shower. The first night the water was lukewarm but turned cold as I was finishing up. I didn’t think much of it and went to bed. The next evening, the water was cold (not even lukewarm). I called the front desk. I asked them if they tended to run out of hot water at night. They said no and apologized, but said they couldn’t move me until morning as no room was available. I went to bed without a shower. The next morning,I checked the water and it was hot. I discussed this with the front desk and since they denied this was ever a problem (and I had the problem two nights in a row), I asked to be moved to a different room, so I would be assured of a hot shower that night. I asked for the manager’s name and was told he would be in on Friday morning. I also called BW customer service. I had hot water the next two evenings in my new room. I checked out early Friday to go to airport. When I landed at my home airport (around 1pm), I called the hotel, but the manager had left for the day. They didn’t know how to reach him. I called the hotel to speak with manager again on Monday. He was not there, so I e-mailed him. I received no response after waiting two weeks. I again called BW customer service. I wanted to be credited for one of the nights’ stay. They offered a $50 (less than 1/2 of one night’s stay) credit by mail that I have still not received.

The free breakfast was nice. Plus, there is a decent bar restaurant right across the parking lot. We stay here during Leesburg bike week and it is very close to all the festivities. The staff is friendly very helpful.

The hotel and property was excellent, the only concern that there was luke warm hot water for showering. Would recommend and stay at this hotel in the future.

The main reason we booked there is they were supposed to have a hot tub for my husbands back and it wasn't working our entire stay, I don't think they have the intentions of fixing it by their attitude when asked about it twice. Pool was dirty on the bottom and cold, couldn't use that either. But friendly staff at all times at the desk. Rooms were clean except for the stained quilt on our bed which we placed on the floor, yuck. I give it an average place to stay. The dark red part of building is really very ugly.

The Room was good clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not the best.

The AC unit was rattling so loudly we just turned it off and let the room get hot.

There was a bug in my bed that appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable and disgusting. They offered another room and with it being so late. We settled for that but I’m sure other rooms have this problem. They should have offered my money back. Additionally, room was smelly with a musty odor, lights missing bulbs, breakfast was unappealing so left to go to a restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not enough parking and the pool is not heated.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was super clean. Also pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, staff very friendly and helpful.Only problem was getting out of property parking lot onto busy adjacent highway.

My wife and stayed here for one night while traveling through Florida. Room was clean with sufficient space.I would stay there again.

We had to spend a night as our motorhome was in for repairs. the hotel info said pet friendly & there would be a fee of $20. We have a mature cat who sleeps in a carrier. When we got there we declared such. We were told they didn't accept cats & we should have called the hotel before making the reservation (prepaid).This was not specified online. He finally let us pay $50 sm dog fee. Breakfast had variety but synthetic meat and eggs. Room was comfortable & clean.
