Great breakfast and I loved the late check out! The location was close to a lot of things. The salt water pool was great. The room was perfect for my family.

Honestly nothing!

Breakfast was amazing, besides the breakfast staff arguing and could be heard. Also one of the staff was extremely rude to my daughter when she asked if they had any OJ. The check in was quick and friendly. Incidentals was reasonable. The bar tender was extremely pleasant. The young lady at night was a little off but she said she was having some personal issues.

Breakfast was good. I would have preferred sweet rolls & some more hot bar options. Location was fine.

There were no linens in our room for the sofa bed. Also no extra toilet paper, we almost ran out.

Das Zimmer war dunkel und veraltet mit Blick auf die Autobahn. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes und die Dame dort wirkte genervt.

I reserved the room in anticipation of attending the Bruce Springsteen show on the evening of the 21st September. When the show was suddenly postponed I reached out to the property (twice) to inquire about changing the reservation. I never received a response and was charged for the room despite the change in circumstances. So, not a fan.

Breakfast is one of the, but not the only reason why to stay at Hyatt House. It’s great!

Pet owners need to make sure their pets are on a leash. Holding them in your arms is not good enough

It was centrally located and I loved the room layouts with the bedroom and bathroom separate from the kitchenette and sitting area.

The staff at times seemed to not be very friendly. The breakfast staff was easily overwhelmed with the amount of people there and didn’t refill coffee or food quickly at all.

I absolutely loved all the amenities and different areas. It felt more like an apartment building with the gym, pool, outdoor seating areas, bar, etc.

The only problem we had was the lack of paper towels in the public restroom!

Overall good experience. Staff was friendly & engaging. Walking path to OSU was a plus. Breakfast options are enough. Proximity to restaurants and OSU was convenient. Even with a number of school age children staying a couple days while there evenings were quiet.

Hallways and elevators could have been cleaned and picked up more regularly.

No toilet paper in lobby rest room , no air conditioning in our room it was broken and nobody to fix 80° , and the pool was closed . we moved hotels because no air , they didn't have any other rooms available

Brought my friend and her kids on a short business trip. The kids had a blast in the pool and were in awe at the breakfast selection.

Literally nothing. It was all very pleasant

The hotel was clean, modern, and cozy. The amenities were easy to access and abundant! We loved the breakfast options and set-up the most.

We got a noise complaint from our neighbors below just for walking. Walls and floors might be a little thin but we had no complaints on our end.

Excellent, friendly helpful staff (for the kids, we got an "elevator key" so that they can "open the elevator"), very comfortable room and beds, wonderful breakfast (sweet and savoury, good variety, changing over the days), good location (you can walk to the Uni and to the centre). Cute walking path along the river just outside of the door.

The water in the swimming pool seemed not super clean. But otherwise it was the best hotel in a long time.
