There was pet hair left on the floors

The cabin was nice for the 7 of us. We did have a few things that will not bring us back to stay again. The coffee pot was broken so no morning coffee on the screened in porch. The cabin didn’t have enough towels for the 7 of us, and we would have to go to the club house (which is not a quick trip) to get more. The sofa bed linens were not available, but someone from the club house was able to bring these to the cabin. Overall, it was an okay stay but probably will not stay again.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was clean and close to everything. The beds were really comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to everything! Had a couple of disappointments- patio was unusable due to not being cleaned off. No pantry to store food that we brought. And clothes closet had vacuum cleaner and supplies in there that took up storage space. Soap dispenser in downstairs broken. But other than that- we loved the location!

Location was awesome! A out of town vibe right in town. The only thing is having the pools at different locations from cabin and the check in process at different location. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Branson.

This property was a great space to hang out as a family. The location was really close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Me and my friends were staying here for the weekend for a slow pitch softball tournament. The check in procedure was very easy and the people were super nice. Overall great location, very clean. We had an issue with the fridge and maintenance came right away to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

This property was clean and well kept. It was decorated for Christmas and made the stay that much more magical for my children! I did feel the price was pretty high for the packed in feel and location. Especially when you are paying a high cleaning fee and still required to take out your own trash. However, we did highly enjoy our stay and I would recommend it to any friend.

We were so so pleased with the location, the details in the cabin and the feel of privacy and safety. The kids loved it. It really was great. Only complaint if I had one would be a little more cleaning upstairs was needed. It was still clean though.

The cabin was very nice even though we didn’t get the one we originally booked. The A/C stopped working after the first night. We had some Trouble with the TV and the remotes as well. Some tv’s were glitching. The fire place was extremely nice and definitely warmed up the whole place. My children loved the toys left in the black cabinet. The cabin being furnished and the kitchen being fully stocked with utensils was very nice as well. The upstairs shower head made an awful noise when being used

We had a nice stay overall. The cabin is situated in a wooded area and was relatively private aside from adjacent neighbors, but that wasn’t a problem. The screened in porch was used nightly to relax and have a few drinks. We have teenagers so it worked out well for them to have their private spaces in the loft and 2nd bedroom to stare at their phones ;-). Pros: Porch, loft, kitchen & dining, laundry, very comfortable beds. Cons: TV room area needs more comfortable seating for a family. Couch was older and felt like it had been heavily abused, the recliner was nice but the other two chairs were for looks basically. The pool does not meet expectations for the price point. If you want a good pool to swim with kids and hang around, this is NOT the place. It was about the size of 3 large hot tubs you’d find in a regular hotel. We had 3 very disappointed teens who were looking forward to this amenity. All in all it was a good stay. Pool being a major disappointment for the price point. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.

The property is as pictured. The cabin is beautifully decorated! The theme of the decor flows wonderfully with the wood cabin. Parking is a breeze and the screened porch is heavenly. Only downside is that you are very close to other neighbors screened in porch and if they are having a loud get together, you can hear it, as did we. Although that did not disrupt our stay personally. Great cabin! Great time with family!

The place was very beautiful- Some things that could have been better was first off the shower in the upstairs bedroom, really didn’t allow others in the house to use the shower because it was inside the bedroom - That was good for just couples , so most of the guests had to use the lower level restroom.. And on me- I should have requested a wheelchair accessible unit because my moms is in a wheelchair and it was a little difficult for her getting in and out. That was definitely my fault.. Overall good stay .. Might I add Debbie at check in was Awesome..
