We had a wonderful time in the cabin that was private but also easily accessible to activities in Pigeon Forge and trails in the Smokey Mountains. Our family of five enjoyed all the cabin had to offer including the game room, very comfortable movie chairs, and the hot tub. Everyone also could spread out easily for a relaxing stay.

The cabin was beautiful and met all of my families needs. We enjoyed our time here very much and will plan on coming back soon. I appreciated very much how responsive Amy was to all of our questions and needs. Very highly recommend.

The cabin was bigger than I thought it would be. The hot tub was amazing and the huge bathtub inside was key! They have a great game room downstairs including an arcade game with all the old school favorites. We all enjoyed our time there. The only issue was we didn’t have more time to stay! A definite 5 out of 5 stars! Amy was a great host as well. She sent several links for things to do and checked in with us soon after our arrival to make sure we had all we needed. We definitely appreciated her.

The location is great!! We really enjoyed making memories while having family game night every night. We loved the pool table, air hockey, and the theater room! The cabin was big and everyone had their own space. Thank you Amy!!

Very nice cabin, plenty to do for everyone plenty room, would definitely stay again. Amy was very friendly quick to respond. And thanks for the cocoa, poinsetta, chocolates, juices that was very nice stayed in a few other cabins before during christmas never got that. That was very thoughtful. Awesome cabin!! Thanks

We were locked out for an hour (confirm code before you go), but that was the only hiccup in our trip. We were SO comfortable here that we cried when leaving! Seriously, this place had everything you could need or want. The tvs were especially outstanding, as were the beds. Hope to rent again!

The Firefly Dream cabin was perfect for our weekend stay! Everyone had their own space, and the cabin offered a quiet, cozy environment. It’s location is close to nearby restaurants and attractions, but far enough away from all the traffic. Thank you Amy!!

Great home to stay. Our boys enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table. The hot tub was clean and the water smelled clean as well. Which is very important! The beds we’re comfortable and the sheets were cozy. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the fire place was a nice way to end a hard day of going none stop. Close to the main attractions. Amy was amazing and responded very quickly with my questions before booking. She provided extra details of the road to get to the house. Which are very helpful in finding the home. We will definitely be visiting this house again!!!

Amy was an amazing and very attentive host. The directions to the home and for check in were simple and she even let us check in a bit early, going out of her way to check with her maintenance and cleaning teams. The home was beautiful and in a great location. The house was spotless and was wonderfully decorated for the holidays; my family felt right at home.

It was a 3 night stay. The cabin was really dirty upon arrival. Cigarette butts in pots on the porch. Crumbs/ dirt at the front door. Crumbs/dust in every corner of the every room. Carpeted stairs had stains and dirt. The beautiful hot tub photo is the first one on the listing and in reality it smelled moldy and had floating debris. There was no sign of any bromine or chlorine tablets in the floater. The hot tub was unusable. I found a vacuum and broom. My wife and I cleaned for a good hour before the rest of our family arrived so we would have less embarrassment for the cabin we booked and bragged about prior to arrival. We filled the vacuum Twice with dirt, food and hair. My two daughters took a shower and I had to take a plunger to both the lower and middle level showers to get the water to drain. Also the hot water lasted for 10 minutes and was cold until the next day. I’m assuming the hot water tank had just been turned on right before we arrived. One of the daybeds was broken and unsafe to sleep on. The pullout couches were filled with crumbs and hair. I purchased an air mattress for our daughters to sleep on. The rest of the beds were clean enough to sleep in. There were heavy dust and Cobwebs on mirrors, in corners that seemed to had been there several months to years. In summary we did get it cleaned up and made the most of the stay. The previous year we booked the same 3 night stay at another cabin for the same price and we were able to walk around with our shoes off. So this was not a “get what you pay for” cabin. The listing agent did send us welcoming messages and she did check in to see how we were doing often. I did not bother to tell her about how dirty everything was until we left. She said they could have sent a crew in to reclean everything if we would have mentioned it sooner. Honestly I did not want a crew of people coming in mid stay to clean everything up and take up even more of our time. The best we were offered was “we will do better next time”.

We absolutely loved our stay at Firefly Dream! The house was spacious, the view was incredible, and the house had everything you would need!! Amy was responsive, kind and had so many helpful recommendations. The only thing missing from the house were trash bags but we went to a grocery store nearby and got a pack! We made so many memories that will last a lifetime! We hope to be back one day! **I've stayed at many homes through AirBNB and can truthfully say Amy was one of the best hosts I've had! She was very proactive in ensuring we had everything needed for a fun and easy stay!

The kids really enjoyed the games. It was conveniently located to downtown Pigeon Forge.

This cabin was beautiful. Amy was easy to communicate with and respond very quickly to any questions. We absolutely loved it and look forward to our next family trip.

The cabin looked just like the pictures. It was very nice and a lot of space for my family. You do have to follow the host directions because maps will try and bring you somewhere else. I also highly recommend getting there initially in daylight due to a pretty steep and narrow driveway to cabin that is shared by other cabins. The cabin feels more secluded even though there is other cabins fairly close due to being in woods. We didn’t hear much most of time from other cabins which was nice. I didn’t notice see the listing mentioned the hot tub was not working which was a big bummer for my family as was looking forward to a hot tub after being in smoky mountains all day. The host did mention was trying to get replaced during our stay but didn’t work out unfortunately. There was air hockey and pool tables which was a big hit with my teenagers. We were minutes away from the island and 5-10 to Pigeon Forge. We spent most of our time in Smoky Mountains and was only about 20-30 minutes to Gatlinburg entrance( depending on traffic in Gatlinburg). Communication was great from host and even when we ran into a problem with dryer needing fixed it was fixed the next day. Parking can be challenging for any more then 2 vehicles (we had a suv and full size truck and had to park strategically to be able to get in and out and not block shared driveway). All and all it was a very nice cabin that was enjoyed by my family!

Amy was a great host! She replied quickly to any questions or concerns before and during our stay. The cabin is in a great location. Not too high up the mountain which was great since a few people in our group are scared of heights. The cabin is super spacious and all 10 of us fit perfectly.

We absolutely loved it! She also worked with our crazy schedules and took such great care of us.

My family and I are so thankful for Amy and the hosting of her property! We reached out to Amy in the midst of a huge disaster where we had driven 5 hours with a bunch of kids excited to go on vacation only to get to a prior property that was extremely dirty and had bed bugs. We were distraught and had no idea what to do for that night but then came Amy who accommodated us the same night!!! It was late and we were all tired but she answered and responded immediately whenever we had a need. She even went above and beyond to make sure we made it safely to the property considering it was dark and late and we were unfamiliar with the area. Upon arriving everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could think of and plenty of pots for cooking! The kids were ELATED! And we were all so relieved to have found such a wonder place to spend our vacation! She checked on us throughout our stay and we had not one issue or complaint! I cannot say THANK YOU enough! For anyone searching a property look no further, this is THE ONE!!!

Cabin place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the nature in the cabin.. The whole place made us feel at ease. Amy was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

After booking a cabin down the road and being disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin - we were desperate to find accommodations. We are so thankful Amy was so quick to respond! She got us in same day, as we’re lucky that someone had checked out and it was just cleaned. The cabin is perfectly located to all attractions - yet far enough away - you truly feel secluded. 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and shops. Close to Publix. Clean! Amazing! We’ll 100000% stay again !!

when we got to the cabin was nice and cozy feeling and at first tv wasn't working but Amy made her way to get someone out to be sure she got it working for us, we also enjoy the hot tub and pool table the most. it is a short drive to everything, stores and attractions that was a plus

This cabin was a amazing. I’m so glad we took a chance on this cabin because at the time I could not find any reviews and it exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully furnished and the master bedroom was so comfortable. I had a family of 12 with me and we had so much space. The photos are very accurate and we almost didn’t want to leave the cabin because it was fun & relaxing! We had a delay getting to the cabin and we drove late into the night while it was pouring with the location (slightly hard to find but that’s typical in this area) We needed Amy’s help and she was quick to answer with a helpful solution. She checked in on us and if we needed anything during our stay which I appreciated. If you are bringing a big family, it’s always a good idea to bring extra towels and garbage bags however there are plenty of dishes, blankets, and pillows! We will definitely be back here again!!!

This is a great place to stay. Close to all the entertainment and attractions the pigeon forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.
