We had a really wonderful time, the views of the ocean, beautiful sounds of the waves 24/7 and watching sunset from the patio was just an awesome experience. Amenities were great, A/C was a relief on one of the hotter days. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella etc. was great for beach visits. Safeway and restaurants were are 10 mins. Overall a great vacation, we will book again!

Wow, wow, wow, we miss it already! The lanai was enormous and had two separate sliding doors to the living room and master bedroom. We fell asleep to the waves each night with the screen door and had every breakfast and dinner out on the lanai with the stunning sea and sunset views. We also saw sea turtles from the lanai and used this as the perfect home base for each separate day trip. The two bed/two bath setup with in suite laundry and full, well-stocked kitchen made for the perfect setting with the perfect view in the perfect location! We certainly hope to be back one day!

The view and distance to the ocean can’t be beat! Watch surfers in the morning, sea turtles in the tide pool in the afternoon and then beautiful sunsets. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens of any VRBO we have stayed at in terms of cooking and dining utensils, plates, etc. The only complaint is that the small HVAC unit is essentially useless, but as long as the trade winds are blowing should not be a major issue. The late afternoon/early evening on one of our four days was a little uncomfortable. Having Da Poke Shack in the complex and steps away is a HUGE plus if you like poke. Pricy, but the best I ever have eaten.

Property was as advertised. Stunning location, 40 ft from the ocean and facing west for awesome sunsets. Note there is no swimming at this location but there is a great public beach just south of the complex. Lanai is large and perfect for sunsets. Furniture in the unit is old and should be replaced. Both beds are beyond worn, one too soft the other hard as a rock. AC works wells but front bedroom doesn't cool enough as the AC is a window unit installed in the family room. Sofa is worn with no support and very uncomfortable. If the beds and sofa are replaced the place would be perfection.

The condo is really nothing to write home about in a complex built probably in the 1970s. There are beautiful views of the ocean and the condo is priced reasonably. Otherwise, it is quite ordinary. The second bedroom in the back is too small with a bed that is too small and the feeling that you are in a cave. The condo management downstairs was terribly rude to my daughter, basically screaming at her incomprehensibly for no reason, bringing her to tears. There's absolutely no justification for such rudeness. The area is a bit too congested for my preference but you are in the middle of all the action. The ocean is there but access is difficult due to rocks and reef. Not one to remember.

Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching Surfers and folks checking the tide pools.

We just loved staying and this beautiful condo right on the water in Kona. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the ocean with an extra bonus of watching the surfers right outside our window. All accommodations were great including a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Thanks Lynn and Sharon fit making our stay in Kona memorable!

The Condo was everything the pictures say it is! Ocean front, Turtles and whale watching from the balcony.

The place and view was amazing. It has everything you need. We enjoyed watching the surfers from the lanai. Easy access to the pool and BBQ.

We loved this condo and Lynn was fabulous. We saw turtles off the balcony, played in the rocks and beach. My only hesitation in complimenting it is people will book and make it hard for us to be back!

Wow! Being right on the water overlooking the turtle ponds was amazing. Loved being able to stand on the lani and spot the turtles, walk down and see them up close and personal. Look to the left and watch the surfers! Location was good, trolley to town right across the street. Condo was well equipped and clean. Had no problems. Would definitely be my first choice when we go back!

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo. Perfect location right on the ocean. The unit is fully renovated in great condition. The owners were there to help for the few minor issues we encountered. Highly recommended staying here.

Property was in impeccable shape, postcard picture perfect views, kitchen well stocked. Owners are verbose and very attentive and thoughtful. Great property packet with useful information and tips. Place was even better than described.

You can't go wrong at this unit. Great location on Alii Drive just a couple of miles south of city center. Outstanding view just yards from ocean, with a very clean and well-kept property. You can watch the waves and see turtles from lanai. Lots of parking under building, clean, bright, and open to the ocean and unit is on second floor so stairs are fine once you've taken up luggage. Unit has been very nicely updated in all aspects. Bright modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. Beautiful cabinets, countertop, and appliances. Two bathrooms are also fresh and modern. Lighting throughout is excellent, including switch labels, a very helpful feature. Cable TV and wifi worked great, plenty of outlets for charging things.. Unit was very clean. Lanai is great for dining and sitting and includes beach chairs, pad, towels, and snorkeling gear. Communication with owner/host Is very prompt, responsive, and thorough. It was probably the best overall VRBO experience we've had across all categories. A great place for two couples.
