Accidentally booked a midweek stay one month earlier than needed. The wrong date was within a few days. No way I could fly there that soon. The condo most likely would have gone unused. I contacted VRBO to move the dates. VRBO and the management company did nothing to help me. They like to quote cancellation policy. But the policy doesn’t say anything about date change. So my reservation went unused as I explained to them. They sent me this survey asking how I enjoyed my stay. Obviously it was a horrible experience. They don’t care about their customers. Thanks for nothing !

Clean property

Great location walking distance to downtown and Wurstfest. We stayed here for Wurstfest. Unit is just as described, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the managers.

Very clean, walking distance to most of the attractions. Great view of the river, had security guard that was very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay there again !

The condo we normal stay in was booked. We enjoyed this condo just as much. Just one thing to note. More hand towels were needed in the kitchen. I only had one. Other than that minor suggestion. We would for sure stay here again. Until next time!!

The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect!

The place was a perfect location for great dining, river access, and many activities. The condo was clean and had all amenities we needed. Nice little patio to drink coffee and talk. My granddaughter loved it.

Close to Landa park,Schlitterbaun Water Park, and on the Comal River. Did my morning walk through Landa Park every morning, from the condo and relaxed in the pool every afternoon. Able to park under condos. Condo on lower level in corner. Balcony stays shady all day which is great when it is 100 plus degrees outside. Condo has all basics plus a awesome coffee bar. Highly recommend! Diana and family from Louisiana!!!

Great trip - clean place - VERY comfortable beds!!! On the river - bring your own tube and just get in and go!!

This was a great place to stay for meeting up with a couple of old friends and going to Wurstfest. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Convenient and easy walk to Wursthall and downtown. The condo had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Communication with the owners was great. Any question I had was answered completely and promptly using the VRBO messaging. I would absolutely stay here again if it is available.

We loved staying here! It was very cute and clean. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also, right off the river which was awesome because you can just drop in there and float down. This property basically has everything you’d need to enjoy your stay! Definitely recommend booking this property!

Me and my girls came down for some wedding activities and absolutely loved our condo! Super close to Texas tubes to float and overall was just a great environment!! Also anytime I called or texted they answered right away!! Definitely recommend staying here for a family trip or friend getaway!!

Took an extended weekend to float the river at the end of summer with friends. Apartment was clean, well kept, and included necessary amenities. The location was great as well. The float to the first shoot was about 45 minutes. Only negatives were active construction right outside window and the train. Our bed was firmer than what we prefer as well, but would definitely stay again.

A group of friends and I took a mini vacation and stayed here. The condo was amazing and everything was so nice. Great location, right by the water and had an amazing pool and yard to just chill. Right by Texas tubes, so we could float right by the condos! I definitely recommend staying here!!

The condo was great— it had everything that we needed and more! It was an older complex, but the interior was nice, modern, and clean. The little coffee bar was an excellent touch! The location was great with access to the Comal. The amenities were a tad crowded, but that's to be expected in the summer heat and everyone was respectful. The only downside was the construction happening across the street. It was a little tough to navigate out of the condo entrance, but hopefully that won't last long for future guests. Hosts were very responsive to questions I had before the stay and sent a nice check-out list, which made packing up and leaving less stressful. Thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer!
