Nice Place!

Shawn and his team was great hosts. Communicated with them through the whole process. The home was plenty space and great amenities. Very convenient to Universal Studios Hollywood!!! and grocery store. Thanks for making our stay great!!!

Huge vacation home that allows people to spread out throughout the house. The pool and cabana were cozy and enjoyable. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, caurly close to the highway.

I booked this property to house 10 family members over my wedding weekend. The booking process was simple and organized. My group included elderly family members and teenagers from out of town, so safety and spaciousness were key. We found the home to be centrally located, clean, and in a safe, quiet, tucked-away spot. It was exactly as pictured, with comfy beds and lots of room to dine and hang out. The backyard was our favorite feature. The kids loved swimming while we barbecued and lounged in the picnic and cabana areas. Everyone was happy! We had one minor issue with the fridge not feeling cold enough to keep all the groceries we brought. I emailed Shawn late in the evening and he scheduled a repair person to arrive between 9-10 am the following day. We'd already thought to bring a couple of coolers so all we had to do was chill some perishables on ice for one night. The fridge was fixed and everything worked well for the rest of our stay. Shawn, Ben, and their team even surprised us with donuts on the doorstep on the second day of our stay; a very thoughtful gesture. Shawn and his team were super communicative and even checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would reserve this spot again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed the stay and we walked to shops and food. Other than a tiny bit of construction blocking a small area all was great! We sat and chatted until the wee hours and lost all track of time.

Easy to communicate, house is kept nice and driveway fits 2 cars easily. Very close to groceries and walkable for drinks or dinner options. The location is perfect for a Universal visit!

So I’ve been to LA a couple of times but never enjoyed it this much. It’s the proximity of the house to downtown LA, DT Hollywood and all other fun places that hit different this time. We did not have to drive for long to go back and forth. A strip of clubs and restaurants within walking distance from the house. And the house was amazing, being my birthday, it was exactly what I was looking for. The swimming pool space was good for us to hang and play music during the day after our long nights. All the rooms inside where cute and cozy, plus Shawn as a host was amazing with communication, always reached out. I would definitely stay there again if I was in LA.

Shaun was a great communicator. The house easily accommodated the 8 of us and it was close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were awesome! Thank you Shaun for a great stay!

Beds are soft, pool is clean, kitchen is fully stocked lol…. Great Vrbo rental.

Not a particularly comfortable place to stay…weird layout, lighting is terrible. On the Burbank Airport flight path, so expect low flying planes starting at 7am.

Enjoy a clean & roomy house with a short trip to Universal Studios & BUR Airport. Grocery store at the end of the street and parking in driveway. We weren’t able to enjoy the backyard but liked the layout & pictures listed were accurate.

My family of 4 stayed at the house with another family of 4. The house was exactly as advertised and accommodated the 8 of us very comfortably. At first glance, the house appears to be small but once inside there was plenty of space. It is close to stores and restaurants and even close to a covid testing spot which we needed for the kids to see Hamilton. We had an issue with the dishwasher but Shawn and his team were super quick to respond to all of our needs. If I had to nit pick the only complaint from the kids was they wished the pool was heated. It was a little too chilly for them to swim. But we had a great time otherwise and would definitly rent again.
