Beautiful house very poorly maintained - with broken items/furniture, vinil Floors falling apart, staircase railings shaking off the wall, backyard is really not suited for outdoor activities, screened porch in horrible
Condition, with ripped screens , sharp staples everywhere and the whole structure seem to be detaching from main house the dirtiest floor I have ever seen. 100% overpriced - when we complained about all these issues, host rather keep the money than acknowledging the property problems, fix it, not did he even bother to offer some sort of compensation or refund for the trouble

Our family came to experience the Indy 500 and visit Indianapolis for the first time. The house was spacious, bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, close to the track, with a great private and peaceful backyard. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We loved the Newfields Museum and went horseback riding at Natural Valley Ranch.
Communication with our host was easy, timely and they were happy to help us have a successful trip.

We came to town for a family Christmas and rather than renting five hotel rooms we decided to stay at a VRBO. The house accommodated our family for the weekend perfectly. We had plenty of space and room for all of us.

This is our second time staying here. The first time was for our so son’s wedding and the second was for their baby shower. Piyumi is a great host. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Even gave our son and daughter in law a gift for their new baby girl ❤️
The house is warm and roomy more than enough beds and very comfortable.
We will definitely return.

I gave this house a 5 star and this is why. The house may be older and has a few flaws but the house was clean! The screen in porch was perfect. The beds had bath towels laid out and the kitchen was equiped. The owners were easy to talk to and the had securities on the house. We will be back.

My family and dogs stayed here and it was perfect. Great quite neighborhhod, fully fenced in back yard for the dogs. My husband and i throughly enjoyed the screen in back patio where we spent alot of our time. With in minutes of restaurants, starbucks, and shopping. Would definitely stay in this location again. The host was great and very welcoming for our stay.

The property and house are very nice in a good location. House was clean and there were many ammenties available. We had multiple family members travel to Indiana from different states and we were able to have one central location to sleep and eat without being crowded.The owner was very responsive when there was an issue. Would stay here again if we needed to be in the area.

The hosts were fantasic with communication, extremely clean home, very welcoming, and accomidating. Will def send anyone i know heading to Indy your way. Thank you for housing the greatful crew at Ghostly Productions.

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Several TV's so the kids could watch kid-friendly programming while the adults watched movies! It was spacious enough for the toddlers to roam after 9 hours in a car!

The house was in a great and quiet subdivision. It was clean, fully stocked. The backyard was fenced in and there was a grill out there. Within 25 min of downtown and the zoo which was exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again!

Place was spotless, owner very helpful no issues. Even had coffee and many kitchen items so we didn’t have to shop for essentials. Bath towels and all bath items like shampoo and soap were provided. Screen room outback was great to relax very quiet development. You won’t be disappointed in this rental for sure.

We were in town for a tournament and couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The location is quiet and close to the city. The house was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you need and more. I don’t know if I’ve been in a cleaner rental. So many beds and a great floor plan for multiple families or large families. Only thing that would have been nice to have is a full length mirror. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean & spacious. The weather was too chilly for us to use the deck/porch area but the outdoor space looked exactly like it’s pictured. The owner was easy to communicate with and had very clear instructions. I would definitely stay again. I would definitely recommend!

The accommodations were good. There were a couple of minor issues with kitchen cleanliness but nothing major. The home is getting in need of paint. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place for a family on a short stay.

The whole experience was great from booking to check-in, communicating with the property and then check-out. Was so nice to not have to worry about anything or crazy clean-up when leaving. We loved everything about our stay and would do it again for sure!

Overall a great house. Only complaint is there wasn’t much hot water but we had 8 of us taking showers back to back. Besides that house was great.

House located in established neighborhood. Sun room and spacious backyard with grill. Bathrooms clean and stocked with essentials. Convenient individual servings of cereal/breakfast items. WiFi and TV with multiple channels. All bedrooms located on second floor. Good place for large family gathering.

Didn’t stay in the house much, with a busy swim weekend. Had a little issue with the lock on front door, but the host was wonderful in helping us.

We were needing a place to stay for Thanksgiving that would allow our whole family to stay. We had 8 total staying with us including our one small dog. This house was what we needed. It had plenty of places for everyone to sleep, eat together, and hang out together. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues, and we very much enjoyed our stay. If we are ever back in the Indy area and needing a place to stay for our whole family, we will be checking the availability of this listing first!!!
