Fab location, host very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Room clean and very comfortable. Small fridge really useful. On a really good bus route into the city centre. Faultless

The only slight issue we had was other guests repeatedly banging doors in the early hours. Obviously this isn’t the hotels fault.

The location of the B n B as central to all required for our visit which was to see family. Also the hospitality and care shown to us by Elliott and Penny as hosts. The breakfast was fabulous and like the touch of a fridge on landing to store milk, water etc.

Unfortunately we were up on top floor and 3 flights of stairs but we got over it. Bedroom was lovely but mattress a little too soft for us but again we managed. Next time we come we will have a room with ensuite too but we loved everything else.

We ate in a beautiful conservatory. An exciting menu, dishes carefully cooked, and tastefully presented.. excellent service. Scrambled eggs with salmon on muffins, and poached eggs ,hollandaise on toasted muffin. Plus starters,, fruits.and toast etc. Nothing too much trouble. What more can one ask?. An interesting house to stay in with lovely people to greet you 😊

If I'm being g picky it would have been nice to have an extra seat in bedroom and also a fan. It would not stop us from returning though. Elliott was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about different areas of Norwich as we are thinking of relocating there

The location was very handy for us, close enough to centre for convenience but not busy or noisy. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of options and everything was very well cooked. Our host couldn't have been more helpful.

The location was well suited for me. Easy to get in and lots of remote safe parking. The hotel was lovely and pristine and Elliot the landlord was very friendly, approachable and helpful. His mother greeted me at check in and was very pleasant. They were both professional. I had a wonderful timely breakfast from a varied set menu which set me up for the day. little things were thought through and the bedroom was beautifully laid out and comfortable which gave me a great nights sleep I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Tea/coffee facilities could be improved as I don't drink instant coffee but this is a personal opinion and I would say 90% of guests would be fine with facilities.
