Unit did not have a sink for kitchen area.

I was not able to access the internet/WIFI with 2 computers and was billed for the entire stay even though I called the owner of the property, texted him and checked out. I was very surprised as this action from Booking.com as being the CEO of my company in the middle of the week during Hurrican Ian I had to have Internet access. This trip was an emergency stay as we had to evacuate Hurrican Ian and was not by choice. I am still trying to work this out with American Express and Booking. Except for overbilling and the terrible parking, the one night stay at the property was good.

Booking.com service was terrible. Parking at property need to be fixed. Everyone had to move their cars by 10am and move the cars every hour.

I liked the location and the building was very beautiful. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. I also really liked the duvet and sheets I thought they were really comfortable

I did not like the comfort of the bed I and I did not sleep well due to a lot of noise coming from an AC unit and an air humidifier which I did not realize was an air humidifier at the time or I would have turned it off but it made noise all night and I could not sleep

Everything was perfect! The owner was very kind and provided everything we needed; beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Room was equipped with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was lovely. Definitely a memorable stay!
