The home was a great option vs three hotel bookings, centrally located we walked to all adventures on Duvall St, stayed for one night for cinco de mayo, beds were great showers etc all good

Great stay at Bungalow 5! The place was clean and well equipped and you can’t beat the location. Good communications and accurate in every way.

This was in the perfect location: not too far from Mallory Square or the buoy. Close to Duval yet in a quieter neighborhood. Parking is an issue but it was pointed out before we booked the trip so we were prepared. We loved it! We would stay there again and also highly recommend it to other travelers! A+

Very nice and comfortable

Location is so important and this VRBO has an excellent location. We walked or took short Uber rides everywhere we wanted to go- and we could easily come back for a quick lunch or nap in the middle of the day. Parking was competitive but we always got something within three blocks, as we have people in our family with NYC skills 😂. One of the 3 BRs is small and more like a front room/entrance converted to a BR but we made it work and very much appreciated the rarity of having a place with 2 bathrooms.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee and people watching in the morning from the front patio. It was only a few blocks to Duval St. where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The property is centrally located, so we were able to walk to everything. The main reason we went to Key West, was to celebrate my 70th birthday. I informed the owner of this and I was surprised to see a Birthday card and balloon. It was a nice touch. I would definitely book this property again.

First time to Fantasy Fest. Location was perfect to Duvall St. walking distance to restaurants and stores. Will definitely book again.

Communication was excellent with Nancy. We were able to leave our luggage and come back later to check in. Milton, the housekeeper was accommodating and friendly. This cottage is a block from Duvall and we walked everywhere with no problem. Will def return and stay here. Thanks for having us!! : )

Great place and convenient location to get everywhere you need in Key West

Couldn't have asked for anything better on our weekend getaway to the Keys. The location was spot on -- a short walk to everything!

This was our first family vacation which included our son in law. The set up was perfect the adult children took the rooms with the queen beds and shared the bath; my husband and I took the smaller room with the full bed and enjoyed our ensuite. It was so close to Duvall Street that everything was easily accessible, but not so close that we were disturbed by the noise. We will definitely stay there again if we have that many people. There was a problem with the smoke detector one night, but Nancy was quick to respond, and the problem was easily resolved.

For the size of the property, it was great to have two full bathrooms and three full bedrooms! We did t spend much time in the house during the days so having so mauve sleeping/relaxing space was great. The house was a very easy walk to duval street

3 couples stayed in Key West for one fun night. While the property unit we stayed in was small and strangely laid out, it was clean and was perfectly located. Fit the bill for what we needed. We had easy & fast responses from the property manager as well.

We loved it! A darling, super clean, cozy and perfect location for the six of us to get the Yankee Freedom at 7:30am for Dry Tortogus! Thank you!

Nice clean small cottage. Location was perfect if you want to be on Duval St. awesome little Cuban Coffee shop right around corner. We had 6 adults and we fit fine. I wouldn’t plan to cook much, no real table or place it eat but there are a lot of great places near by. Parking is a little tight, we had to park a couple blocks away to start but just watch for someone to move and go get car. We ended up parking right in front later that night.

The condo is within walking distance to everything in Old Town which was our first priority. It’s small and the layout is a bit chopped up. There really isn’t enough seating inside for four people but there is outside furniture that will seat everyone. We realized the refrigerator wasn’t keeping our food cold after we went shopping and ended up having to throw food out. The property manager Nancy was very responsive and brought in a temporary well worn mini frig until the new frig was delivered. There were a couple of other issues like the neighbor in the unit behind us smoking outside so we couldn’t use the back patio, and also probably inside because the smoke alarms went off twice in our unit late at night. Even with these issues we still enjoyed our stay in Key West.

Great accommodations close to everything. Extremely clean and surprisingly quiet.

Small but cozy. It was very good for our family, especially my 80 year old parents. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Nancy was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental is in the perfect place. It was very clean. It had drawbacks. No place to gather and have a meal together. No way to sit and watch a little TV to wind down IF the TV in the main room worked. Overall It was a great place because of the location. They should have information there about the Duval Loop. It is a FREE bus that can be caught in less than 2 blocks and has 18 or so stops all around.

This is a great location for a mixed group of couples! We could do our own thing and meet up and walked to basically everything. Even the Truman waterfront amphitheater!

Perfect location. 15 minute walk to almost every where. Host was immediate to respond. Place was peefect for 3 couples.

Walk to Duval Street, southernmost point, many attractions. Clean.

The cottage was in the perfect location… 2 blocks off Duval. Loved the outdoor seating. Several mornings we went to the French Bakery on Duval to get breakfast and brought it back to enjoy outside. The cottage was perfect for our group. The only thing I would say is the mattresses are probably at end of life 😊. New softer mattresses and this place is 10’s across the board. What a great experience! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. Problem with TV's. Nancy, property manager took care of the problem immediately. It was not the properties fault it was the internet. One block off Duval Street. We had several hours after check-out before our plane left and we were able to leave our luggage while we went back to Duval Street. We were all adults, but our cottage would be perfect for a family. Nancy said she just wanted us to be happy and we were!

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. We could easily walk every where, to duval street where all the action is, the shops, beach, great restaurants and the southern most point. We went on an amazing sunset cruise. I would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent experience. Property manager very responsive. Facilities great. You can walk to almost every attraction in the Old Town section. Would stay here again!

We had a post-wedding celebration getaway and spent five days in Key West. The location of this bungalow is perfect—a short walk to anywhere we chose to go. The cottage had all the essentials and was very clean. The thermostat’s battery ran out, causing the air conditioner to stop. This was fixed promptly. My only recommendation would be to invest in a better quality bed pillow. All in all, though, the bungalow was perfect for our getaway. Heartily recommend.
