The location presented in the map is not accurate! the actual location of the chalet is much farther from the beach and facilities. Because the location is not properly listed, it was very confusing trying to find the chalet. The location is in a far corner of the compound surrounded by construction. very inconvenient location. There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. The duvet on the bed is much too hot for the summer.

The property was cosy and clean. The owner was always available whenever we had questions and had great recommendations. would definitely stay here again.

Quite a new apartment.

Luckily we were only passing by for 1 night. There was no heating (very cold in Ras sudr in winter). No towels were provided. No coffee machine. No information in the apartment on anything including the fact that you have to turn the water heater on yourself resulting in a luke warm shower. Construction noise until 2am. This is not a chalet its an apartment on the first floor. So we did not feel like it was good value for money at all. But at least it smelt new.

It is an exceptional experience in all the dimensions. The chalet was super clean with all the required facilities. Additionally, the host is very helpful and prompt in all the communications. The check-in process/check-out process was easy as well. I will always stay here whenever going to Ras Sudr again. La Haceinda is also amazing and underrated.
