Good location. The restaurant is located in the hotel.

we lived in a room under the roof. During a hot day of +35, it heated up so that it was impossible to breathe at night. The fan doesn't help. There is no air conditioning in the room. Early in the morning, we were offered to clean the room, but we were still sleeping. We left at 11 am for the Aquapark. After returning, the room was not cleaned. Those. either in the morning or never.

The hotel looks really nice from the outside. It is also nicely decorated. It really has a lot of potential. The room was nice and big

Although we checked-in in the middle of the day, the stairs and passages were completly dark. Floor boards in the room were busy separating.

Room needed to be renovated. Furniture was broke down. End of Sept 2022 - Outside was 19c , Energy-crisis and arrived in to room and heater was on full at 5 level and was unbearably hot like a sauna - opening window and teens were partying outside until after midnight so couldnt sleep. Bed was rock hard. WLAN/Wifi was wierd so that my company VPN said the connection couldn’t complete due to unsafe connection - never had that before. Breakfast buffet did not happen because off-season, I was given a paper with some breakfast options - But no fruit or vegetables! - just meat and cheeses which doesn’t work for me as a vegan. All Staff were mega unfriendly. For this hotel, off season, so uncomfortable and 80€ in Slowakei was way too expensive.

A typical pseudo-traditional style hotel about 50 m from the lake. The rooms were spacious. It was very clean.

Nice style (wooden koliba, with same themed restaurant), good restaurant with decent food and big portions

Receptionist. First we were given a room which was full of some training materials (event that was taking place there). We asked to change it so they did but wanted to give this room to other part of the family. We asked receptionist to do something about the stuff - her response - "ok maybe tomorrow" (day after check-in???). We asked her to do something about it immediately - her response - "it's heavy, I'm not going to carry that. Complain to the owners". So she basically tried to make this our problem :) In general, wasn't very helpful. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.

Staff were so unhelpful, just saying ‘no’ to English. Very poor in terms of promised facilities, no sauna, no massage, staff just say no, without explaining - this was supposed to be a relaxing end of an extended trip, as it was we just wanted to get away!

Very nice place next to lake. I can just imagine how busy and lively this place is in the summer and/or without lockdown. Staff did their best bringing breakfast to room and serving dinner to room.
