This place was perfect for our blended family adventure! Very low key atmosphere area but with so many fun things to do !! The beach was amazing, shops were everywhere, food is always steps away. The convenience of everything you need is wonderful here ! The rental house had enough space that everyone had their own privacy. We cannot wait to return!

The pictures in the listing do not give enough credit to the property. The home is beautiful and very well located. Most places are only a short walk away. Absolutely loved the location.

It was one of the best stay in beach house for us. The host (Bill / John) is so good and responsive well. The house has plenty of utilities, surfing board, beah umbrella, kids games and bike etc. It is so close to the beach and all restaurants/ shops near-by. We would love to come back again.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and then some! It has everything you need for the beach, wagon, chairs, towels and toys! The neighbors are super friendly as well.

This place was clean, close to the beach, with plenty of space. The back yard was nice- fenced in with privacy fence. They supplied about anything you would like to have on the beach- boogie boards, shovels, buckets, umbrella, chairs, a wagon to cart it all to the beach, & 2 bikes, that came in handy for riding around. The picnic tables were nice. The neighborhood was surprisingly quite. Plenty of room for inside, very comfortable.

Being just steps away from the ocean was the best. The house was clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us but there was plenty of room for a larger group. John was great and very helpful.

We enjoyed this home. Definitely home away from home.
Clean and close to many businesses. There were bikes, fishing poles, sand toys, etc. for our use. Also a grill to use if we wanted to grill. Close to Kennedy Space Center. Very clean and would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, well stocked, and had so many extras for us to take to the beach. Everything we needed to make our beach stay a success! Short walk down the block to the beach, short walk the other direction to gift shops, restaurants, etc. It was hot...so hot, but we had such a great time!
My only minor recommendation might be to add some type of outdoor clothes line to hang wet and sandy beach items on to dry!

I was very happily surprised when I got to the house on Palm Lane. It was in a fabulous location, i.e. 1 block from the beach, 2-3 blocks from Winn Dixie and Ron Jon's Surf shop. The house was very clean and larger than I expected. The kitchen tools, plates, cups were enough for the 9 of us. There were 5 large Murphy beds and a couple sleeper sofas. There were beach chairs and boogie boards, a bicycle, etc. This place made our vacation superb. I would book this place again in a heart beat!

We had a great time. Just a few steps to the beach. Space X was launching a heavy payload while we were there. We walked to the beach and watched the launch. What a cool experience.

This house is even better than its pictures. It was extremely clean with plenty of room, comfortable beds, double air conditioners and large TVs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were more towels than we could use. Laundry room is convenient for washing. The stroll to the beach ramp is an easy one - cross one road with minimal traffic and a small parking area - 3 minutes (we timed it). The fenced in back yard and beach toys were nice for the little ones. Everyone in our party was very happy with the accommodations and we would definitely rent again!

Nice property close walk to the beach
Very nice property, well equipped with most everything one might need for your stay including extras that most properties don't. Close walk to the beach with views to the Kennedy Space center, we were lucky enough to witness a launch during our stay which was unexpected.

Excellent location & Beautiful Home
We were 4 adult siblings & our mother renting this beautiful home. We were extremely impressed with how spacious this property was. Plenty of towels & bedding.
We enjoyed sitting in the front yard watching the sunset. Then the morning sunrise was less than a few hundred feet away.
I would highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place!
Overall great stay! Lots and lots of amenities. Grill was nice, as was wagon & chairs to take to the beach. Many beds and TVs, enough for each person to have their own🙂

Florida vacation
This property had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Plenty of room for my kids and grandkids to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and a five minute walk to the beach. The beach right there was great. I will try to do this again.

So close to the ocean
We are SO close to the ocean. Our family enjoyed many beach walks. 4 bedrooms and extra couches provide a lot of room for those that need it. Grocery store, shopping and ice cream are walkable.

Great place!!
We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is nestled in a nice quiet area just a few steps from the beach access and convenient to basically everything. The house is roomy and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and timely with our inquiries. We noticed some minor cleanliness issues that we took care of ourselves, but nothing that we felt necessary to complain about. I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Cocoa Beach!!

Close to the beach and great for large families
First time traveling with all 6 of our kids because we are always too cramped in multiple hotel rooms. This home was wonderful and spacious enough for no one to be sitting on top of each other. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach was wonderful when taking so many little kids for multiple short trips. Then when it was too hot to be on the sand the kids could run around and play in the large fenced in back yard! Roku TVs in every room made the rainy day stress free as the kids 3-14 all wanted to watch something different. So grateful for the large amount of linens and full kitchen the 2 main areas that hotels cannot offer. This vacation home has proved to us that we can return to traveling as a large family without a headache!

Large Beachside home
Great location just a short walk to the beach. This large home is within walking distance to the market and restaurants. Ron Jon’s surf shop is very close as is the Cocoa Beach pier.
The house is well equipped and the owner Bill is very responsive. Our family of 8 worked from the home and spent time at the beach. We will return.

Awesome location , very clean, plenty of space
This property is steps from the sand, one block away from putt-putt, and a few blocks from Ron Jon’s. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The property was very clean and secure.
We would definitely stay there again.
