Beautiful views, beautiful house, hosted by very thoughtful owners. Had everything we needed and then some. Will definitely use other properties owned and operated by Je Ty.

Beautiful house. They provided everything you could think of. Fun game room for our teenage kids and lots of space to spread out. Owners were quick to reply when we had a question.

The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and so many games, activities, etc. to keep the kids busy when they weren’t outdoors exploring. Would love to return for a longer visit. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive when I had questions. Beautiful, peaceful place!

Our family had a great time in this cabin! Perfect for the kids and adults to have spaces to relax, eat and sleep. Hosts were very responsive!

This chalet was perfect for my family as well as my two sisters and their families. We had 6 adults, 3 six year olds and 3 teenagers and there was something for everyone and more than enough space. Owners are super easy and polite to work with. They have thought of every possible comfort / need you might have ! The location was ideal. An hour to Nashville and half hour or less to many nature areas. Our favorite was the Burgess Falls State Park / trails. Highly recommend this vacation home ! My only complaint- I need to stay longer :) !

Just bring yourselves and food because the owners have provided everything you could need down to the smallest of details. Check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier. Communication with the owners was pleasant, fast, and helpful. The home/surroundings are even more beautiful in person.

A great property! View of the lake in the morning is exceptional. Loved that the property had so many activities--arcade games, board games, hot tub, outdoor games, fire pit--we were never bored! Very well maintained property and an extremely rare three king-bed set up which was perfect for our large group (and various other twin beds for the kids). We had a GREAT hike (Highland Rim Trail) at the state park which is only 10 minutes away. Great for a large group getaway.

Extremely pleased with the host and their response was great. They were extremely helpful in every way. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and great for a large family. We went as our family week vacation and we are from southern FL. It was absolutely beautiful and the Host were amazing even with recommendations of the area. I have children from ages 20,18,15 & 9 and they all loved their stay. There were things for all of us to do together or alone. The views are outstanding. The locals were very nice. We were able to Instacart Publix and Kroger for our convenience. We definitely will rent and recommend any property from JeTy Vacations.

We traveled with extended family with age ranging from 13-49. It’s great for teens in the basement with arcade room, hot tub, kitchen, bathroom including shower, king size bed, additional beds and TV’s. Teens even did board games and a puzzle provided by the hosts! It was nice to see them having fun with something other than technology. Grandparents were originally going to join us but couldn’t at last minute. I’m glad they didn’t. The stairs would’ve been too difficult for them. Overall a great place to stay and the hosts were very accommodating!

Our original reservation sold their house a week before we arrived, so we were panicked! We were sure that we wouldn’t find a place as nice….. but instead we found this place—-which was Better!!! They were very helpful on short notice. The renters before had broken the bed and as soon as we called they sent somebody over to fix it within 15 minutes. We have been renting Houses on VRBO for the last 10 years, and out of all of the houses all over the US this one was stocked with ALL the necessary “things” and more. I would stay at any of their rentals again. Matter of fact, I have saved their contacts in case we need bd up in a place where any of their 14 houses are rooted. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed a fantastic day on the lake, cuddled goats, played games, hiked, and looked at three of the most beautiful waterfalls we have ever seen. Thank you for another successful family gathering.

This was the first Christmas I spent away from Home, And what a wonderful home to spend away for the holidays. I am from south Louisiana and we love to cook, The kitchen is this beautiful home was such a treat to cook the many meals for our week spent in Tennessee for The week of Christmas. We had 3 children with us on our trip and the lower level was the favorite for them, not sure if it was the skeeball machine, arcade console or the abundance of games. The host we very responsive with any questions that we had which was very much appreciated, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in a beautiful setting!

Perfect kitchen for Thanksgiving! Also, nice to have the extra kitchen in the downstairs area! Beautiful cabin enjoyed by the whole family!

Very nice home, listing is accurate in its description and amenities. There is a nice screened in porch in the back that I didn’t remember seeing a picture of. Owners are response to needs and communication. Only suggestion is to go inside first before you bring any luggage in, as the bedrooms connect into the driveway so there’s no need to carry luggage upstairs.

Amazing place to stay with a group of friends. Location is fairly easy to access the water at center hill 1 - road can handle boats but would be hard to have more than 1 trailer. Plenty of parking, 3 floors with a game room basement that has a fill fridge and sink area. Bedrooms were spacious but kitchen was so nice! Everything was stocked and was planned for if you had accidentally forgot something! Hosts are super responsive to questions and any assistance needed! Hands down would book this again for a long weekend on the water.

The home was beautiful and the owners were very helpful. The location was also as expected and rather majestic. Would definitely recommend this house for a family.

Newly remodeled, clean, large. Game room and bedrooms in the basement are perfect for the kids. 2 masters is a great setup for 2 families. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. It looks just like the pictures. Owners were kind and accommodating and very responsive to our questions. The area is sparsely populated with very light traffic and great for walking / biking.... if you don’t mind some hills. The road to the house is challenging (narrow, curvy, bumpy). If your hauling a boat, I would plan to leave it at the marina. Edgar Evans and Hurricane are each about 15-20 minutes away. The house sits close to the road so you do hear / see the passing cars as they enter the subdivision, but the mornings and evenings on the patio are lovely. We had a great time, and we will return.
