Great house for my group of friends and I for the weekend!

Condo was so dirty especially considering how high the cleaning fee is. There were no cleaning supplies to clean up the what the house cleaners didn’t or to clean up our own messes.
Microwave fan kept coming on and would not shut off
Mold in bathroom upstairs bathroom
Leak in ceiling bathroom (which could be leading to electrical issues.
Water damage floors in kitchen
No hot water in 2 of the bathrooms
Lights on fans turn on randomly in middle of night
Broken freezer shelf
Terrible parking
Internet not working
We have been to other rental companies before and had plenty of laundry, dish soap, have soap not just hotel size things.
Was told there was a leak in bathroom day of arrival, and to let them know when we could have a contractor out. We were there for a softball tournament so we were not comfortable having someone in the home with all of our stuff and no one there. They refuse to fix the problem and refused to give us any type of solution other than leaving the premises when we had no other options because everywhere was booked solid due to the softball tournament in town. My daughter ended up in the hospital at the end of the week, to find out my daughter may have asthma and the mold could have triggered it.
We will never use VRBO again will stick with Other reputable companies !

We didn’t have any issues with the check in process or stay. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. Otherwise, this was a nice place

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for early arrival, including a welcome gift which we enjoyed immensely. The area was 100% safe, although not walkable to anything, easy to get Uber or Lyft within minutes to anywhere you wanted to go.
Host was very kind to communicate quickly as there was major power outage when we arrived. Only challenge during the week was the two double beds in the master room, feel like it would fit two queen beds comfortably and would have loved an umbrella on the roof top to use during the heat of the day.
Highly recommend staying here!

We had a group of family and friends join us on our trip to Nashville to celebrate my son’s birthday. The condo we rented, H16, was perfect for our group. The location was close to all of our needs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already talking about coming back for another stay.

Excellent stay for our group of 10. Property manager was very responsive and property was as described! Lots of room, comfy beds and not far from downtown (10 min drive).

The condo we stayed at was very nice! When we first got in, the door code needed to be reset, however someone happened to be at the property to help without having to call and wait.
The floors were very dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black when we walked around inside barefoot, however the rest of the apartment was clean and organized.
The surrounding area had home with windows that were boarded up, however the actual area with the condos was kept up very nice and maintained well.
I did get a package delivered while we were there as a party favor for the bachelorette trip. I was told by iTrips to assume it was stolen; I did see a mailbox on the property, but was told that the owner lives in South Carolina and there is no way to get access to the mailbox, which is unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend getting anything shipped to the property - USPS said it delivered around 2pm and by 4pm when we returned, it was gone.
All in all the property was a great fit for what we needed! Our party of 10 people fit comfortably and had a great time.

The rooms needed tvs! The kitchen needed more supplies. This fell short a little. The neighborhood wasn’t bad but parking was horrible. The annoying part want others yelling on the rooftops and making all the noise outside all night long. I think one night was till 2 am. The one right next to us uses the garage as a hangout. They had pool and games. Which kept the volume up all night.
If you want to stay up all night stay here. If your with kids I’d say not to.

We researched high and low to find something for our family vacay and decided upon this place. The positives were that it was close to downtown and plenty of sleeping space. The negatives were that the place was so filthy. There was hair on floor, bathroom scum in showers, marks all over the walls, bed bugs and had not been mopped. We had to wear shoes inside the whole time or our feet were black, It states to reach out if want cleaned but this place needed an 8 hour or more cleaning job. The patio looked like in pics had nice outdoor lights and the unit we got had no lights at all. The second level bathroom shower was cold and we did reach out and they sent someone right over. I do not know how they feel comfortable renting this place for the amount and advertising as clean. Lastly the neighborhood had nothing close like bars or restaurants that you could walk to as in a run down neighborhood they are clearly trying to revamp. This trip was a christmas gift surprise for our adult children and their spouses so was bummed.

This property was perfect for our girls trip for my daughter's 25th birthday. We had a great time. The four bathrooms was really what sold me on the property as there were 7 of us. The property is not located near any restaurants/shopping/bars within walking distance, but that was fine with us. Just noting it in case that is what someone is looking for. It was an easy Uber ride to downtown and back at any given time of day. Sometimes it is hard to see in pics, but there are a lot of stairs in this place. Don't bring super heavy luggage as you will be hauling it up and down stairs. Overall it was wonderful. Some of the comments about it being loud must have been at a different time of year because this place was super quiet! None of the above comments are intended to be negative...just informational. We would definitley come back if we ever plan another Nashville trip.

The property was awesome, the only thing I would note for older folks is there are a lot of stairs, this didn't bother or group, just something to keep in mind. Everything was clean, location was about 10 minutes from Broadway and very easy to get a lyft/uber. Beds were comfortable. Property was very clean, and exactly like the photos. Plenty of room for our group and we really enjoyed ourselves.

This property had NOT been cleaned before we came. There was tape left on the walls from previous guests! There was hair on the floor in corners and in showers!! Floor was so filthy your feet turned black- had not been swept or mopped in a very long time!! Toilet in bathroom on main level was loose. Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Garbage disposal and dishwasher stunk!! Had to run dishwasher to clean it before we could use it and clean out disposal. Had to wipe off counters. Other than being very dirty and IN THE HOOD, it was as advertised!! .

Overall good stay and easy process to book and get to. The condo wasn’t the cleanest (floors, dishes, kitchen). We loved the rooftop- recommendation to add lights, grill, etc!

Dance Nationals Stay
The property is very nice and close to our convention at the Grand Ole Opry and to Downtown Nashville. We had an issue with our garage disposal not working and they had someone out to fix it immediately! All correspondence were answered very quickly. The only negative thing I can think of is the floors were not very clean. I think they were mopped with a dirty mop. Our feet were so gross after walking around barefoot. But other than that, there are no complaints! I would absolutely stay here at this property again!

Nice Condo for Girls Getaway!
I really enjoyed our stay at this multi-leveled condo. I was pleased with the fact that everyone could have their own room and personal bathroom. The complex is in in a central location and we were about 15 minutes from most places we traveled to. The apartment was clean and very modern; however, we were misinformed when we were told that there was a 2 car garage. The garbage didn’t house the 1 mini-van comfortably that we had. We had to park on an angle for it fit in the driveway. Besides this minor inconvenience we really enjoyed our stay.

Harmony for the Weekend
This property is brand new and just awesome. It has a great rooftop view of downtown Nashville and is located just a quick Uber ride from Music Row. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The owner responds very quickly and he is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful home.

Fun house with good location
We had a good weekend with a big group at this house. Lots of rooms and bathrooms… be ready to climb stairs… that was the toughest part lol. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop when we were there, a string of porch lights would definitely be a big help there but was still a fun time.

Not Bad
The house wasn’t bad. Plenty of space for everyone. But, one bed was broken, one shower didn’t work right and it wasn’t that clean— wads of hair in the bathroom, dirty floors, ants on the counters, some minor stains on the chair and a coffee pot that didn’t really brew. We didn’t spend that much time at the house, so it worked out okay, but we specifically booked a house with enough beds and baths for each couple and had to improvise.

Great modern townhouse with plenty of room for the 7 of us.
We did a 3 night stay with 4 Adults? Two teens and a 9 yr old. The townhouse was modern, clean and spacious. Everyone was able to have their own room each with bathroom. The bonus for us was that the double room had a large TV which was perfect for our 15 year old and his X-box. There’s not much around though so be prepared to take an Uber. It didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day and utilized the electric scooters once downtown. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned before booking was the trains. We got woken up nearly every night around 4am as they were very loud. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.
