Glitch at check in - we do isn’t have the reservation number anywhere - it’s NOT the same as the booking.con confirmation number. But we called and got it. This was after a 6 hour drive so we were tired.

Breakfast is excellent. This hotel has very little to complain about. There are plenty of paid parking spots around the hotel. Quite area with nice views.

Their is no space to unload luggage, especially for large groups and large vehicles. A note from the staff of how to check-in would have been nice. Beds are not very comfy.

Location isn't that bad.

Parking 30, that is not normal for Vitznau, you don't pay that even in city centre Luzern. First time to this hotel was good, the room was much bigger. This time smaller, for a price of almost 300 CHF, definitely not worth. Very overpriced.

Fresh and modern feel. The location was excellent and view from our balcony was amazing as we had both mountain and lake view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms size is bigger than normal and beds were super comfy.

Limited breakfast menu and usually no refils half an before closure of breakfast.

It seems to be a little understaffed, especially considering it was a weekend. Mattress is a little bit too hard.

The location was excellent with great views from the roof top. The hotel was very close to the Rigi mountain train and the boat going to Waggis and Lucern. The breakfast was very good and staff were very nice. Parking was comfortable inside the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was very good.

The room we booked for our family of 4 had bunk beds that were not easy to use with small openings to access the bed. The room did not have any chairs and only a small table under the TV, but when we asked for a chair the staff did provide one.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast - it was delicious and there was a good variety of options. Another great thing about this hotel was that they offered a self-check-in option, which made the whole process very smooth. Additionally, there was a convenient charging station for electric cars, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very clean property and they offer one room for a family of five with bathroom. Tech features are nice once you figure them out.

Check in was a bit confusing since it’s all QR code from a sign on the wall when you enter from the parking garage. Taking a picture of the parking discount bar code and scanning at the parking ticket machine never worked. Would recommend printing that out on paper. It saves you 10-15 Franks a night. Restaurants on site were not open Tuesday and Wednesday nights. They do not exchange Euros to Franks on-site contradicting what their informational TV in the room says. Seasonal town so not much open around in off season.

The hotel was great, location - easy access to Rigi Bahn station - the view, spacious rooms, easy parking.

Couldn't control the room temperature. But hotel provided a portable heater. Thank you.
