The location to the sea the most stunning views.

The size of the rooms. We stayed in a two bed apartment and the main room was very small.

I booked this as a last minute trip for my partner and I the hotel staff did everything at short notice to accommodate an early check in for us . the staff were so lovely and welcoming we felt really relaxed and welcome here . rooms exceptionally clean and airy . The location is exceptional and we would return.

We got a different room then the one we booked. Room was very small. The water stopped every few minutes.

We would like to say a big thank you for the staff!! We went near the end of the season but it was lovely! It was nice and quiet and the staff was so friendly! Thank you Anna for the great hospitality! the evening receptionist who was so happy and all smiles all the time made us so happy every time we saw her! and a big big big thank you to our bartender ( don’t know his real name in Greek) sounded like Dennis? He was such a big sweetheart. Did everything for us with a big smile, told us where to go and where not he really holds a special place in our hearts. every morning when we were almost the only ones in the hotel he took suck great care into serving us! The hotel was amazing! you walked right into the sea, central but in a quiet street. everything near by; from supermarkets to restaurants to clubs to Cameo Island, renting a car/scooter and of course the sea!! our room was so big and lovely! private entrance little terrace, big hot tub nice shower great bed, Airconditioning nice couch everything was lovely! Anna made the arrangements for my surprise which my boyfriend and Anna put together! It was beautiful; the bouquet of flowers, the rose petals on the bed and the sweet Moscato d’asti wine! Anna and staff we definitely will come back! you worked all so hard enjoy your season off. kind regards Nunu and Katchiri.

great value, good location (I researched and planned in advance our itinerary around the location) and staff! staff were super nice, warm and welcoming and helpful; excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. we had a lovely sea view from room and a private pool downstairs 😎 thank you so much Denise beach hotel :)

mosquitoes - but that’s not hotel’s fault. luckily we brought repellent and cream so you might want to pack some as well. no drinking water in taps - plenty supermarkets within walking distance (and different prices so do shop around).

Perfect location and very kind staff, great service. We came by plane and our return flight was at late evening, we get place where we can leave our staff and usage of bathroom. So we enjoy all day at the beach. If it was possible my rate will be 20.

Amazing view - the hotel is on the sea. It is high level clean, beautiful, the staff is very friendly and service-minded. Delicious food.

While I loved everything in general, the hotel has 2 little disadvantages: the balconies of the rooms lack privacy (other people from inside hotel can look in your balcony); no passage to Agios Sostis through the beach since the hotel is almost on the water, so you either have to walk in water or do the circle around. But these things were quite minor compared to how cute the hotel is

the shower

The staff were great. The location and size of the room was amazing right on the sea front.

It would have been nice to have a balcony. The cleaners were a little sporadic. We were told on check in though we could ask if we wanted the sheets changed more often.

Very comfy and spacious. The location was perfect and the beach access and pools were beautiful. My favorite thing about it was the food and the amazing dinner staff.

The cleaners left my door unlocked once. No biggie but didn’t prefer that.

The location is excellent but the staff are the standout highlight of this hotel. They were friendly, helpful and I witnessed several occasions where they went above and beyond to help guests. The pools are great and the food/bar is excellent.

The rooms were billed as having a minibar and tea and coffee but actually it was a fridge and a kettle. A few things to make a tea or a coffee would have been great. Nothing much wrong with that as there is a shop nearby but we arrived late and hadn't thought to stock the fridge.

We had a great time at Denise Beach Hotel. The views from the restaurant and swimming pool are absolutely stunning 🫶🏼 A big thank you to Jasmine (the receptionist). She was very helpful and kind all the time ❤️

The hotel offered modern and older-style rooms all of which were comfortable but the facilities in the room did vary. It was in a great location although close to a really busy road. Some rooms had lovely views of the sea. The cleaning service also varied - some rooms were swept and cleaned and others weren't. There were 10 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. The day time bar staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the receptionists were attentive. The pool was clean and a pleasant area to sit by.

The step to the sea was slippery and dangerous.

Location is amazing if you have a sea view room, we had a room with opening windows although some have balconies, we could see the sea lapping against the hotel wall from our window and the view of the bay was fabulous! nicely decorated rooms, comfy beds and air conditioning worked well. Close to beach and all bars/restaurants within a short distance

the only issue we had really was that the TVs weren’t working at all (not a major issue on holiday but ours son would have liked the option) there was a problem with the satellite we were told which had been going on for several days and they did not know when this would be fixed. apart from this it was great

Nice location, hotel is near Laganas, if you live in front of the sea you will sleep tight, idk how loud is it on the other side of hotel/other hotel building. Seaview is astonishing, had jacuzzi on the balcony. Clear sunbed area by the sea. Keep in mind that you need to pay for sunbeds which are near the sea (other sun beds on 2 floor is free), BUT 10 EUR for whole day is still nice price for SET+ you get 2 small drinks at the bar. It's much better than going to the local beach where is HELLA lot people, junk and risk of items getting stolen.

1.Poor air conditioner, we needed to remove key from keychain to keep magnet separately in slot, so that we could leave air condition working, because otherwise if you will turn it on when you come back, you will be waiting 2-3 hours to cool room down. 2. Cleaning service. We waited 3 days so they would clean sand by the room entrance. One time they forgot to leave trash bags, other day blanket.

I like the island and every time I was not in the hotel :) Zakynthos is really nice destination so go ... just avoid this terrible hotel.

The hotel I was in :) ... terrible low level place run by people that dont care about you and your stay at their hotel.
