Had a wonderful time in this well fitted out house. Host was very good at welcoming us and everything was easy. Location is fab as close to quay and also the beach - upstairs deck has sea views. Only downside is that the traffic is quite loud but hard to get close to beach without that so you take the good with the bad!

From the minute we requested to stay, til we had to sadly leave, this stay was nothing but easy and enjoyable. The communication with the property manager was outstanding and so kind. The layout, facilities and location exceeded our expectations by far. I cannot wait to book again and hopefully stay for a week. We cannot thank the property manager and Stayz enough for such a great experience.

The townhouse was perfect for our short stay. Lovely location close to Avalon beach with great small cafe down the road. Highly recommend for families - such a quiet neighbourhood. Very easy access and great communication with the owners. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Property photos don't do it justice.The villa is lovely, well equipped (not all self contained are) extras are great, a bottle of wine and bottled water on arrival.50 metres from beach, patisserie and corner store. Couldn't ask for more. Very impressed:)

Hubby & I had a wonderful stay, very relaxing. With the beach just down the road & lovely area to go for walks with our dog, perfect. The villa is very well stocked & nicely decorated & comfortable. A lovely bottle of wine was very much appreciated.

We stayed for only one night but from the start communication with the host was amazing! She let us know all the details and even let us have early check in. The place was clean, comfortable and we loved that each room had a King Sized bed! Thank you so much Simone, you made a sad trip to Perth really easy for us all.

Fantastic townhouse in a lovely area, with the added bonus of a beautiful dog beach at your doorstep! (Our pooch was very impressed!) The property was very clean & well equipped with everything you could need. Simone was always quick to respond & lovely to deal with. The location was excellent for viewing the giants (which was our main reason for visiting Mandurah), however we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard, taking walks around the beautiful canals and enjoying the pastries & coffee from the gorgeous patisserie only a short 2 min walk away! We can definitely recommend Avalon Stay :)

Brilliant get away
A fabulous short 3 night get away with dogs. Owner great to communicate with. Check in and out kept simple. Very much enjoyed having the beach at the front door. Fabulous evening, sunset walks with our four legged family members. Lovely friendly locals in the area stopping for a chat made us feel very welcome. Such a lovely spot. Accommodation was well though out with everything you could imagine you might required supplied. I will be back for sure.

Well Appointed House by the Sea
Very thoughtfully appointed property by the sea. The location is fantastic with a Patisserie, playground, beach and convienience store all within walking distance. The house itself had everything you could need for a picnic or day at the beach. This property would suit a family or a couple looking to get away or maybe catch up with some friends. The host's communication was excellent, Simone went out of her way to recommend places and responded to all our messages promptly. Our family will definately be back!

Beach Feels
My partner and I and two fur babies had a wonderful 4 day stay here. The location was perfect, with the close proximity to the beach being A++. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing break. One note would be that the roller door on the garage could do with a tweak, as any wind coming through had this door rattling quite loudly, that we had to close the back door.

Avalon Stay
The property was spotlessly clean and Simone was very thoughtful and generous with the provisions she left in the cupboards. Just steps away from Avalon beach with the most gorgeous patisserie a hundred metres away. The inlet beach and park just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Great location, Nice property and wonderful host
We stayed there one night with friends just to do some crabbing in Mandurah. The location is great and property is nice and clean. We had a very good time there . Simone is a wonderful host . I left my charger & power board in the property and she post it back to me the second day! Strongly recommend. Eli

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area : a great beach 100m from your door, a nice patisserie 50m down the road, close to Mandurah, canals, golf course (the Cut). Dog-friendly and easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommended. Will be back !

Outstanding hospitality
Simone is generous, kind, an excellent communicator and the best host I have ever dealt with. The house was so comfortable and so generously stocked, with everything we could ever need and more. Self check in was easy and check out was simple and easy as well. The beds are all super comfortable and the house is so beautifully furnished and so comfortable. The location is superb, a few steps from the magical Avalon beach - which was heaven on earth and spoilt for choice with two coffee spots to walk to grab our morning brew. The kids enjoyed the space and all the extras the house provided. We all had the most lovely, relaxing time. Thank you Simone from the bottom of our hearts. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Weekend getaway with the girls (and my baby)
The perfect house for a relaxing break. Right by the beach we were able to walk there with no effort at all, then come home to the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean for a relaxing afternoon. The house was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed and some, and the beds were comfy. Will definitely be saving this one to come back to in the future!
